The sunny apartment has a living room with dining area, a kitchen with a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room and a hallway. From the living room you enter the 18 m² balcony. On this you can start the day with a sunny breakfast or end the day at sunset in the evening.
The couch in the living room can be used as a sofa bed. There is an extra topper (1.40 m wide) available.
A parking space is also part of the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
If required, a travel cot and a highchair can be rented.
The fine sandy beach of Usedom Island can be easily reached in Karlshagen by bicycle or other sections of the beach by car.
In the town center are all necessary utilities (eg. Discounters, bakers, doctors, restaurants, gas station).
You can choose a variety of activities on the island - boat trips, bike rides or just to enjoy the tranquility.
Please pay attention to the bridge train in Wolgast upon arrival.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung am Hafen

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und auch alles sehr hochwertig. Lage direkt am Hafen mit unterbautem Blick aufs Wasser. Sehr große Terrasse mit bequemen Loungemöbeln Wohnung allerdings durch Endreinigung und evtl. Wäschepakete recht teuer

Schöne großzügige Wohnung

... in schöner Lage, etwas abseits vom Trouble (das mag im Sommer vielleicht etwas anders sein). Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, große Terrasse und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Übergabe verlief problemlos. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas gründlicher sein, ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.
