Views galore in this home! Everywhere you look! 5 bed, 4.5 bath perfect for large families or 2-3 families who want to share! Full crib + a pack and play for the babies.

Amazing eat in kitchen, tons of storage and closet space, Private backyard oasis and only a 5 min walk to the beach! It's truly so peaceful here! Quick 3 min drive to very north end where you can drive on the sand with your 4x4! Sat-Sat check in/out for June-Aug. Sept-Dec 3 night minimum.

Hello! We are The Kubicinas! We absolutely LOVE Topsail Island and are so happy to have a beach house here that we can share with other families to make beautiful memories! We love coming down here from Ohio a few times a year to enjoy the beautiful beach and relax and unwind!
Why they chose this property
We LOVE North Topsail Beach because its quiet and the beach is amazing and we are still so close to anything we need! We wanted to be away from the noise but close enough to go enjoy it when we want!
What makes this property unique
We truly believe we have the BEST private backyard on this whole island! Our backyard is like an oasis paradise! With a heated pool, amazing hot tub, and fully decked out tiki bar, it is the perfect backyard to come unwind after a day at the beach. Many of our guests have told us they spent more time in our private backyard than at the beach!
