Hello and welcome to our modern, light-flooded 40m² two-room apartment on the top floor, right on the beautiful Altmarkt, in the middle of Cottbus city center.
Our brisk and furnished with great attention to detail offers everything you need during your stay and is ideal for couples, city and business travelers.
Burg, the most beautiful place in the Spreewald, can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
We speak English!

The living room:
The combined living room is stylishly furnished with a couch (an extra bed is also possible here), a fully equipped open fitted kitchen including all necessary cooking utensils, including oil, kitchen appliances and dishes. Fast WiFi and a flat-screen TV with streaming function, a sound box and a small office workplace make our apartment special.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is of high quality and equipped with fluffy towels and excellent bathroom accessories.

Bedroom:
You can expect a comfortably furnished bedroom with a super comfortable box spring bed including high quality mattresses and bed linen up to cozy cushions. Hangers for clothes and plenty of storage space for things are of course also available.

If you miss something in our apartment, just get in touch and we will be happy to help. There is almost nothing that we cannot make possible. It is our concern that your stay in Cottbus will be unforgettable :-)

The apartment is yours. Sleep well there :-), because it should be a resting place or starting point for discovery tours.

We will personally welcome you. If you need something, we can be reached at any time by phone or email. If we are not asleep or busy, you will receive an answer within a few minutes.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not equipped for the disabled, as it can only be reached by stairs.
An extra bed for a 3rd Person is possible in the living room on the comfortable couch.
A parking space is right outside the front door and can be rented for a fee of € 10 per night.
The keys are handed over personally. There are special discounts for long-term use.

Your advantage is our TOP location! You "literally" fall down the stairs and are in the middle of our beautiful old town. Right on the doorstep you will find all the options for a great breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our favorite restaurant "Stadtwächter" is just around the corner.
Whether for shopping or to discover our unique green spots, alleys, wonderful old buildings, parks and the like. V. M. You are in the middle of the action on foot!

And: If you take the time to explore our city, you will be warmly welcomed and discover something lovable: Prince Pückler's park in Branitz, a secluded old town with a unique Art Nouveau theater or the Spree with its green banks that lead cyclists along the Spreeradweg to the Spreewald ,
The old market is "traffic-calmed", only one-way traffic with occasional tram traffic.
Our lovely city is located in a sunny region on the eastern edge of Germany between Berlin and Dresden.
