Tivoli Terrace #5431 is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, two-story townhome located in the quiet neighborhood of Tivoli Terrace in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This spacious townhome is a 5-minute walk to the beach and just across the street from the community pool. The master suite, located on the second floor has a King bed and private screened in balcony with an ensuite bath. The second floor also has a guest bedroom has two full beds and separate balcony access. On the first floor, you will find an additional guest bedroom featuring two queen beds with access to the screened-in patio. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Downstairs, you and your guests will enjoy a peaceful screened-in patio with beautiful views of the lush Florida greenery. This space is also ideal for kids to play and explore. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs.
