Just an awesome place to stay. It was so convenient to River Street. The whole place was just a cool vibe! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the river and ships go by in the evenings. Parking was so easy just across the street. We will definitely stay here on our return trips to Savannah!

As others have said, the location is fantastic! Very walkable to most sites. We rented a car but wouldn’t have needed it if we didn’t go to Tybee Island and Hilton Head Island. Marlyn is a fantastic host! Fun property, loved the layout and balcony view.

Very nice location. This is the second unit we’ve rented in this building. Two full baths for a one bedroom is a bonus. Clean, convenient to all of our favorite places in Savannah. Three AC zones, very nicely furnished, and very spacious. Instant communication from the host. There is not an assigned parking space, but there is great affordable public parking within a hundred feet.

The unit, the host and the setting were stellar. The only negative was from VRBO who touted onsite parking whereas reality was metered parking nearby which is dependent on time of day. Having said that loading and unloading is a breeze with the factors walk "alley" and the walk, no matter how far you have to walk is beautiful.

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The history of the area can truly be seen in the architecture. The balcony over looking the main street was our favorite part. We were able to have a glass of wine and whiskey with a great view of the street activities and water way. While there were minor hiccups l, the property manager/ owner responded immediately with a resolution. We will attempt to stay at this property again when the weather cools down.

The setting is lifted straight out of a movie. A beautiful bricked in apartment over looking the Savannah River and the hustle and bustle of River St. Check I was super easy and we immediately felt at home. Savannah is now one of our favorite spots
