The house of Makarska - Villa LeDjaDe

The wonderful holiday home, Villa LeDjaDe was built in 2018 and is located in a quiet, elevated position above the town of Makarska.
The villa is part of a semi-detached house and sets itself apart from others due to its exceptional Tetris-style architecture.

Surrounded by nature and olive trees, you can spend a holiday away from the stress of everyday life.
Enjoy the unique view of the Adriatic Sea with islands such as Hvar and Brac and the spectacular Biokovo Mountain.

The modern and luxurious villa creates a cozy and comfortable living with spacious and open living areas and individually decorated bedrooms.

The luxury villa is about 200 m2, spread over two floors and can accommodate 6 + 2 guests.

The first floor has three separate bedrooms with double boxspring beds (180x200)
and private en-suite bathrooms.
All three bathrooms are equipped with showers, one of them with a bath.
Large windows offer plenty of light and stunning views of the sea.

All rooms are air-conditioned, have TV / SAT, Internet connection and Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, including stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher,
There is also a dining table for up to 8 people.
A sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
A built-in fireplace gives a warm and cozy ambience even on cooler winter days.
In addition to a small guest toilet, there is also a technical room with washing machine.

Entertainment in the evening offers you a large, modern Smart TV with TV / SAT connection,
as well as all SKY programs, including all sports programs (Bundesliga).

From the living room or the kitchen you can easily access the outdoor area
with an area of ​​approx. 180 m2.

There you will find a large terrace with private pool, barbecue area, loungers, solar shower and a dining table for up to 8 people, roofed with an electrically operated sun shade.

The private pool has a size of 900cm x 450cm x 150cm
and is cooled on warm days, heated on cold days.
For swimming enthusiasts and connoisseurs, the pool has built-in massage jets for two people, as well as a counter-current system.

Villa LeDjaDe offers two private parking spaces in front of the house.
