The Summit is a very nice place to stay. Absolutely beautiful views of the sunrise ocean, and sunset! Room 928 could use some upgrades, especially the bed and couch. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place. The beach view was truly amazing!! The unit itself was modernly furnished and clean. I was truly impressed in person (I’m glad the pics did not mislead!). I also like that everything flowed from furniture to decorations and even appliances. You can tell the host took their time and didn’t just take a bunch of random furniture from their storage unit and put it in the condo. It’s very well kept!

I stayed in this condo for 3 days and it was everything that I wanted and needed. Beachfront with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was clean which was a major plus.

Well needed getaway

Me and my husband have stayed in the same room last 2 years with no complaints love everything about great location and love bikini bobs the summit is all around a great place to stay can’t wait till next year

Good place for families

The pools were very clean! Towels provided for pool area. The beach is gorgeous! I don’t recommend this property for couples without children.

Fantastic Stay!

I stayed in condo 928 for 28 days. It was very clean and well stocked for a long stay. The condo has lots of cookware, dishes and utensils. I didn’t have to go out and buy anything for my stay except for groceries. Everything I used in the condo worked great. I did remote work during the week and the WiFi worked fine. It was very quiet during my stay. The host company answered all my questions pre-stay and customer service was excellent. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I would definitely book this condo again!

Couldn’t get the washer to work. It was either broken or we just couldn’t figure it out.

The unit needed major updating. Ceilings and furniture stained, paint dirty, baseboards dirty, lights in bathroom did not work, chain holding veining fan was caked in dirt from not having been cleaned in a substantial amount of time. Shower curtain liner was moldy and stained. Patio furniture was coming apart. One toilet did not function properly.

The Summit 928

My husband, two granddaughters and myself, had a wonderful stay at the Summit. Our condo was exactly as the pictures shows, we had plenty of room and the condo was very clean and decorated wonderfully. If I have to leave any complaints it would be that one elevator was down and it made the elevator wait long. We did take the stairs numerous times and up 9 flights can get wearisome. This was not a complaint about the condo or owner in any fashion. I would like to stay here again next fall when we come back to Panama City Beach.

Summit 928

Absolutely loved our room perfect view of the beach from the balcony. Close to any of the shops and grocery stores very convenient. The only problem was the elevators not working properly. Has a great time!!!
