The detached holiday home, built in 1724 and renovated in 2014, is furnished in a rustic and functional manner. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the lake and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. The holiday home has 3 terraces.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 14 rooms (from which 10 bedrooms), is 450 sqm and can accommodate up to 26 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV and for 26 persons. The dinette offers space for 26 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom as intersecting room, 25 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchen 30 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove (5 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine, dryer and it is a communal kitchen. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 3 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Location
Gollmitz, 42 m ASL. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Use over 400 sqm. The half-timbered house is a listed, fully functional watermill built in country-house style on the river. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002 (3 persons each), BRA UCK 003 (4 persons), BRA UCK 004 (2 persons), BRA UCK 005 (12 persons). The apartments have been refurbished using ecological methods with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is both a museum and a communal space for celebrations with up to 50 people. Use of the communal room is subject to a fee and must always be requested and agreed in advance. There is also a communal room for 24 people with fireplace and television for a fee. The holiday home is not suitable for residential groups. With a diameter of six metres, the waterwheel is the largest in northern Germany. A garden sauna is available with a hot tub. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking (for 10 cars) on the street in front of the house.
