Unexpected Gem

My family visited Charlotte for the weekend, and i must say, the neighbors we met were nice, the block was quiet and the home was a cute and comfy. We had a few issues like the dishwasher not working, and the trash bins were already full, but someone came and put the bins and our trash we set out, out to the curb Sunday evening. Additionally when I reached out to Jasmine, she responded to any concerns relatively quickly. The house was clean and the check-in/out process was quick and easy. Overall nice place.

Good but not great!

I think it was a good stay for a short visit. A few things that could be improved are: - we noticed there were some bugs (mini cockroaches) in the kitchen - comforters are really basic in a couple of rooms (not thick enough), extra comforters not provided
