The sea to the beautiful beaches of Conero is only a good half hour; The journey to the nature reserve of the Sibillini mountains is hardly longer, perfect for climbing or mountain biking.
The spectacular Grotto of Frasassi, one of the world's most fascinating cave complexes, is a day trip, as well as the charming classic cities of Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio with their many cultural treasures.

Il Cantinone was built over 100 years ago and used as a winery for the surrounding winemakers. At the turn of the millennium, the estate, which has since fallen into ruin, was rebuilt in a very time-consuming and modern way. Today we can offer 2 fully equipped and luxuriously furnished apartments, a spacious and well equipped barbecue area and a spacious sun terrace with plenty of loungers and umbrellas and of course a great swimming pool!
