Located in the gated community of WaterSound West Beach on the south side of 30A, between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, this home is right across from the private boardwalk to the beach and zero entry, temperature controlled neighborhood pool. White plank walls create an inviting and warm welcome with included hooks for all of your beach gear. The home comes with two king master bedrooms. The first is immediately down the hall from the main entrance and boasts an impressive set of features. Dual vanities, a king sized bed, dual closets, and walk in shower create a warm and inviting area to relax in. The second master bedroom is located on the second floor and utilizes hues of chocolate and aqua to add color to the room while remaining neutral. It too comes with a king size bed, dual vanities, a walk in shower and walk-in closet. The upstairs master bedroom also features a beautiful and spacious sitting room that includes a comfortable twin sleeper loveseat, chairs and a desk. Relax outdoors on your private porch and swing. It’s perfect for a retreat from an active day at the beach.

The second floor contains two more bedrooms. One features a queen sized bed near the second floor bathroom, and the other has a set of twin over full bunk beds. Down the hall from is a stairwell leading to the tower/loft. The tower is an area that is perfect for the younger members of your family or a couple, and comes with plenty of space, a smart TV for entertainment, a queen sleeper sofa and peek a boos of the ocean.

The first floor is home to the spacious main living area with high-end furnishings and fixtures that create a coastal beach atmosphere to relax in. There is plenty of seating with two sofas, two swivel chairs, and a mounted big screen TV. The kitchen is located across from the living room and features a gas Wolf range stove and a Sub Zero refrigerator, allowing you to store and cook your meals like a professional chef. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all types of cookware, utensils and kitchen appliances. The large quartz kitchen counter top has seating for six, next to the dining room with an 8 person dining table, and access to the screened in porch and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Also located on the first floor is the laundry room with an HE washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hanging bar with hat shelves and more. Nearby is the half bath powder room. And no need to bring any high chairs, Pak N Plays, strollers and the like. We've got you covered there too.

Every inch of this beautiful home was professionally designed by a interior designer to make sure that your visit is a positive and relaxing one. In the garage you'll find a ton of beach gear including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim board, rafts and more. You also have access to nine bikes and an Allen Sports 1 Child bike trailer. Plus, enjoy riding around various parts of scenic 30A in our six seat street legal Bintelli golf cart!

Watersound in 30A is lined with artsy villages, coastal lakes, upscale resorts, eclectic beach bars, world-class restaurants and 25,000 acres of protected habitats, Florida’s Scenic Highway 30A has something for everyone and is home to the world’s most beautiful white sand beaches.

The Villages of 30-A Include: Dune Allen, Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach.

Perfect for an extended family stay

This place is excellent for a family vacation. It is in a wonderful neighborhood and its location is perfect. The pool is just steps across the street and the home is also just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. The home was very clean and is well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend.

Paradise Found For The Win!

This is our 4th time to stay at Paradise Found and it always lives up to its name. It’s a great house stocked with everything you could possibly need and want for indoors and out, fantastic location directly across from the pool and private beach access, and amazing stretch of beach that is always very beautiful, relaxing and never crowded at all. And as always, Ken was a great host, checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing Stay At Paradise Found!

Our family has stayed here before and loved everything about Paradise Found, so when my husband and I knew we would be passing through the area again we had to book it for just one night because we knew exactly what we would be getting. Great house stocked with everything you could possibly need and want, great location directly across from the pool and private beach access, and amazing stretch of beach that was very beautiful, relaxing and not crowded at all. Ken, our host was very gracious to allow us to enjoy a short stay and we'll definitely be back again!

Well our plans changed and we got the opportunity to stay another night here so we booked it. Wonderful Vacation Home That Has It All!

This beautiful vacation rental truly had it all! We loved the aesthetics inside the home, the overabundance of amenities, but the personalization and hospitality from the owner was the best part! The house has plenty of space, extremely clean, and provided it all for my family of 6 and my parents. The close proximity to the pool and beach, as well as the safe neighborhood and kind neighbors, made it such a family friendly getaway! We have been to 30A several times but have never rented a rental like this that truly had it all and such great care. We enjoyed using the bikes, bike cart, grill, golf cart, baby items, and more! We can’t wait to come back and appreciate the memories that we made here! Cannot wait to make more!

This property is absolutely amazing!! All the furnishing and decor are very high-end and have a beach chic flair. The beds are very comfy, the kitchen is well-stocked and it's only steps away from the pool and the neighborhood beach walk. I felt safe letting my children ride their bikes and play in the grassy area that's within sight-view from the house. There's a great bed swing on the second level, which was great for reading a napping. Also, the beach area is gorgeous, and is not overpopulated at all. We will return to this home!!

Family getaway with baby

This neighborhood and home are wonderful for the family that want a beach getaway without the beach crowds. The location sharing a border with the state park kept the beach population very agreeable. The pool is right across the street from the house and closes at dusk so there is no late night crowd at the pool. In this neighborhood, this home is as close to the beach and pool as you can be. Very quiet at night. Driving to dinner and shopping is very agreeable as well. During our stay, the deer lake breached into the gulf which is not ideal but it is a natural, occasional occurance.

A home with all the accommodations

We had a great experience at Paradise Found! Ken made the check in process easy. The house was furnished with everything you need and was very clean. The house provided extra items that you don’t typically see at vacation rentals such as a high chair and pack n play, multiple bikes and a trailer for babies/infants, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, beach tools, kitchen and laundry supplies, extra pillows and smart TV’s in every room including the screened porch. Perfection at Paradise Found!

We were so fortunate to find "Paradise Found" and stay in such a comfortable, luxurious home for our trip to the Florida gulf coast. Each room was decorated beautifully, impeccably cleaned and had every convenience we could hope for. We were thrilled at the location, being only a short walk to the beach on a boardwalk surrounded by pines and over a coastal dune lake. The bikes were one of our favorite activities, riding out to the beach and around the quaint neighborhood. The pool was just across the street and surprisingly warm and a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine while the kids swam. We will always remember our stay here, and hope to return in the near future. I have a new love of “30A” because of the memories we made. Thank you!

Very nice house, but far from beach.

The house is beautiful, and well stocked, with some typical rental wear and tear. The week we were there, construction was occurring on the house 6 feet from our back door. So no use of the outdoor spaces. Also there is NO chair or umbrella rental as listed. The beach, for this neighborhood, is within state park boundaries, so rental companies will not rent to this property. We had the unexpected added expense of purchasing chairs and umbrellas, and trying to get them all to the beach, 15 minutes walk from house. We like the area but will not return to this neighborhood.

Truly Paradise!

Our first visit to 30A was a very memorable vacation! We brought our 3 adult kids and 2 spouses. The Watersound West Beach gated community is private, quiet, and peaceful. Paradise Found is beautifully decorated and has a beach theme throughout. We instantly felt more relaxed when we arrived! The walk to the beach along the boardwalk in the morning is one of my favorite memories. Paradise Found is perfectly located near the community pool and the boardwalk. We rented two e-bikes from Emerald Coast Bike Rentals but there are plenty of beach cruiser bikes available at the house. The house has plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach umbrellas for enjoying the sand and sun! And the golf cart is great too! The kitchen is loaded with wonderful dishes, pans and everything you’ll need. We made several meals at the house and they had all the items that were required. The appliances are wonderful and easy to use. When we arrived, the house was spotless and we really appreciated the hard work of the cleaning team. Our kids loved the Big Chill (located in nearby Watersound). Publix is nearby in Watercolor. We enjoyed a morning at Seaside and the guys went golfing one morning in Destin while the girls went to the Shard Shop for an art class in Grayton Beach! We had a bonfire on the beach at Walton Dunes through Pirate’s Life, played cornhole, made s’mores, took lots of sunset photos and made a lot of memories! 30A and Paradise Found were the PERFECT combination!

Perfect Location On 30A And Amazing Beach House!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, very clean, with plenty of space for everyone to relax inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook with and all the bathrooms had plenty of towels, and other things that made it a spa like experience. The pool was right next door which was convenient for everyone to go back and forth and the hosts even provided us with some awesome beach towels to use. The private access down the boardwalk to the beach was breathtaking! The beach was beautiful, especially the stretch that went east that appears to remain uncrowded no matter what time of year you’re there. We also loved using the bikes for rides to the beach and exploring parts of 30A and having access to the golf cart was super nice too. There were plenty of restaurant options nearby and we felt like we got the best of both worlds being able to escape all the crazy busy areas of 30A and have a peaceful place to retreat to, but close enough to jump into everything else on 30A if we wanted. All the beach toys, chairs and umbrellas made for fun times at the beach and we loved the fact that we didn’t have to bring all that stuff with us. Oh… and they had everything you needed for the littles on hand too like a highchair, Pack and Play and more. Kids also loved playing games up on the 3rd level in the tower and hanging out. Ken made sure everything was great during our stay. Hands down our favorite place to stay on 30A!

Awesome slice of paradise!

I can't express how well appointed this rental is. They have thought of everything! Loads of beach gear, tons of really nice towels, about every kitchen appliance you can think of. Everything is well laid out in the home and easy to use, the few things that were more complex very detailed instructions were left to make even those things easy to operate! Ken was quick on communication the limited times I needed anything. Everything was in good condition, the beds slept wonderfully (important after long days enjoying 30A!) the outdoor shower was put to good use. Being across the street from the fantastic pool spoiled us. The walk down to the beach across the boardwalk looked worse than it was in reality. It's really quite a short distance, made even shorter if you bike it. Several local shops and restaurants just outside the neighborhood, Yellowfin is a great little bait shop our kids spent a good bit of time visiting and getting pointers on surf fishing, stop in if you're at all interested in fishing! With their information my boys actually caught their first saltwater fish! Beach was awesome. Clearest water I've seen, as clear or clearer than Hawaii. All our kids have raved about how great a time we had. I'm sure we will be back!

Best Stay Ever On 30A! We Loved Our Stay At Paradise Found!

We’ve stayed at a lot of homes and communities on 30A and this was by far our favorite. The home was beautiful, clean with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything possible along with lots of extras you might enjoy using. We loved the king suites on the first and second level and all the beach gear (they even had beach towels) that made our stay so enjoyable and fun. They thought of everything for kids including a highchair and pak n play. Loved the 3rd level tower where it sleeps two on the queen sofa and kids could play games. You had peak-a-boo views of the ocean and some nights you can step outside and hear the waves crashing on the beach! The golf cart and bikes were nice to get around in and being across from the pool (heated and cooled) and next to the private boardwalk that was just minutes away to the beach was great. We could walk or ride bikes there. Enjoyed riding to restaurants and places like The Big Chill, plus Seaside and Rosemary Beach are several miles either direction. Unlike other beaches on 30A that are crammed 3 to 5 rows deep, their private beach access next to Deer Lake makes it an amazingly uncrowded beach to enjoy any time of year. It’s one of the best kept secrets on 30A. Definitely a hidden gem. Ken was great communicating with us to ensure our vacation was relaxing as possible. Best week ever on 30A and we will be booking our next vacation at Paradise Found for later this summer!

Lovely House - Horrible Management Co

The house and the location were absolutely wonderful. It is an easy walk to the beach which is not very crowded since it is by the national park. The owners, however, need to strongly reconsider their choice of rental management. About 30 minutes before check in we were notified that it would be delayed. We had to wait about 45 min after check in time. It was then we were told the dishwasher wasnt working, but the repair man would be coming to fix it. The next day was Morhers Day - no repairman’s, no dishwasher and 8 people in the house. We were told they were waiting in a part and they would bring some disposable plates, cups, utensils. Also asked for toilet paper as there was none in 3 of the bathrooms and more clothes hangars as there were only about 10 for the entire house. Not too upset as we expected to have everything resolved by Monday. But nobody shows - no repair, no disposable, no communication. Now we are not happy. It takes several more days to get a response. we finally get notified the the part can’t be found and they do not know when they will be able to fix the dishwasher. So for a good half of the stay we have been required to hand wash all our dishes - because we still had not been provided disposables. They arrive about mid week but are the cheapest possible option - styrofoam plates and flimsy utensils! Definitely not what we paid thousands of dollars to experience! And we never got the toilet paper or hangars. My last communication the the manager was that I conveyed my frustration with them expected them to make it right, but that I was done hounding them since it only made my frustration increase. Nothing g was ever done! Will never rent from 30A Vacay again and then owners should consider moving to a. new mgmt co!

Perfect location

This house is in the perfect location with young kids. It sits directly across from the pool and steps away from beach boardwalk access. There is a lot of living space for everyone to hangout together. Our only issues with the house were that the dishwasher and ice maker did not work. Otherwise I would’ve rated it 5 stars. We hand washed dishes all week and bought bags of ice (freezer is large so will hold three 20lbs bags). These issues were not disclosed before arrival or remedied while there (dishwasher part is on back order). Just be aware as I suspect it’ll be an issue most of the summer given supply issues currently.

Location Location Location!

The location of this house is amazing. Right across the street from the pool and an easy walk to the beach. Community is beautiful and quiet. House was clean and decor was nice. Check in and checkout were a breeze. The cons: the dishwasher didn’t work. There was a pool of water in the bottom of the dishwasher when we arrived. Contacted the Property Management company and they said they’d send out maintenance but that never happened. There were no dish towels in the kitchen so we had to use a bath towel. There was no bath rug in the master which made the floor quite slippery and there weren’t spare towels to lay on the floor. There also wasn’t a towel rack in the master bath. Overall a great house with a few inconveniences that can easily be fixed for future guests! We enjoyed our stay!

A Wonderful Stay on 30-A!

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated in coastal (not kitschy!) decor. Close proximity to the pool and boardwalk to the beach was very handy. Very clean and bright throughout. Will definitely return for another visit! -From Austin, Texas

Lovely house with perfect location

Amazing location and felt very private and calm. The house was a perfect size right next to the pool which was never packed. Beach was so easy to get to and quiet! We loved the house. Only wish was there were a few extra blankets for chilly nights.

Great Stay for Families

Watersound West is a wonderful smaller gated community that is conveniently located half way between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. We appreciated the fact that it is quieter there and the beach is more private than what you would experience at other popular locations along 30A, also within an easy walking distance from our accommodations. Pool and clubhouse are very nice. Grounds are beautiful, and homes charming; all are very well maintained. We highly recommend staying there!

Perfect Fit and Location

Traveling with 7 kids and finding a spot with safe access to the pool, beach, and shops was a challenge, but this fit the bill perfectly. The kids could ride bikes to local shops without crossing any busy roads and literally walked out the front door to access the pool. The beach is accessible by a peaceful and pleasant walk across deer lake. Perfect location and very workable room situation for our big family.

Wonderful stay!

Paradise Found was a beautiful and relaxing retreat. The beach and pool are awesome. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes and porches and there was plenty of space for our family of ten. We will return! Great vacation in a gorgeous area. The house is decorated with a relaxing, modern and calming vibe. Loved it all!

We live in Brentwood, Tennessee and Florida has always been our favorite place to visit and relax on vacation. We fell in love with 30A years ago and said we always wanted to have our own home here when the time was right. Over the years of staying at vacation rentals ourself, we got a pretty good idea of what we liked and what we didn't, making notes about what type of home we would want to have and how we would take care of our guests. The previous owner worked with a property management company, which we seriously considered partnering with, but we felt like the best way to provide the type of experience and service that we would want all of our guests to have, was to manage the home ourselves. Our goal is to provide you with a relaxing, stress-free vacation, with everything and more that you would want to have access to while you're here. We also promise to be accessible, proactive, transparent, honest and do everything we can to make it your best vacation ever!

Why they chose this property

From the moment we walked inside for the first time, we both knew this was the home for us. And the home's name said it all "Paradise Found". It was open, spacious and welcoming. On a quiet night you can step outside the front door and hear the waves crashing on the beach. We also liked the fact that it was located in a gated community, providing additional security and privacy. It's like having your own private retreat yet your just minutes away from everything else you might want or have need of.

What makes this property unique

Our house is one of the closest in the neighborhood to the community pool and boardwalk to the private beach access. It's only a five minute walk or two minute bike ride down the boardwalk to the beach. Makes it very convenient for families to go back and forth throughout the day.
