 The former KdF facility Prora stretches directly on the dunes and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach with a view of the Prora Bay. Here you will find the impressive and completely renovated holiday home Haus Granitz. In the historic Binzprora you can enjoy the tranquility of everyday life with extensive walks, the sound of the sea and trips to the nearby nature. The direct beach location invites you to sunbathe and linger together.

In a few minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea resort of Binz with its spa architecture villas or the port city of Sassnitz. A baker in the facility provides fresh rolls every day.
An elevator is available for easy access within the listed building.

The already completed Granitz house is currently in a construction site area. The adjoining houses are currently being renovated.

Sehr schöne Lage: durch ein kleines Wäldchen kam man direkt an den Strand. Die saubere Wohnung war optimal eingerichtet: die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, großer Balkon mit 2 Balkontüren, Dusche barrierefrei mit viel Platz, die Temperatur konnte man in jedem Zimmer individuell eistellen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich.

Urlaub in Prora

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden und sauber. Evtl. wäre noch ein Trockner für die Wohnung möglich, um die nassen Badesachen auf dem Balkon zu trocknen. Ruhige Lage in Prora und es gab viel anzuschauen (Oldtimermuseum, Sandskulpturenausstellung).

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Makeln

Dafür das wir die Tage sehr kurzfristig gebucht (1 Woche vorher) haben. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Als wir die Whg. Betraten war alles auf den ersten Blick sauber und angenehm. Jetzt zu den kleinen Makeln. Leider war das Besteck vom Vormieter nicht gereinigt worden und auch vom Personal nicht kontrolliert worden. Die Sitzbänke im Wohnbereich wiesen starke Flecken auf. Es soll hier kein Gemecker sondern konstruktive Kritik sein. Das Bettzeug erwies sich als zu oft benutzt da es an manchen Stellen schon eingerissen war. Auch fehlten uns für die Bedienung der Elektronischen Geräte (Spülmaschine, Fußbodenheizung) Informationen.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung ser gute Betten. Im Wohnzimmer könnte Sichtschutz - Vorhänge angebracht sein. Das einchecken in Binz ist sehr weit entfernt und umständlich.Parkplätze dort sind rar. Das Personal dort wirkte gestresst und war schnippig.

Buchungsverfahren ist mangelhaft.

Leider erfolgte die Mietpreisbelastung doppelt. Erst nach Intervention erfolgte die Rücküberweisung eines Mietpreises. Auf die Rücküberweisung der geleistete Kautionssumme warten wir , 10 Tage nach Urlaubsende, leider noch immer! Das Quartier erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Empfehlung!!!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung am schönsten Strand von Rügen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Rügen in dieser Ferienwohnung. Auch wenn die angrenzenden Objekte noch nicht fertiggestellt sind und man quasi zwischen Baustellen lebt , hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Man bekommt so gut wie nichts vom Baulärm mit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch mit zwei Kindern völlig ausreichend was den Platz betrifft. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
