LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
MLB Spring Training, NFL Football, Major Concerts, Shopping & Dining, a Vegas-Style Casino, Mini Golf & Indoor Kart Racing are all a stone’s throw away!

The house is located on a quiet residential street, across the street from the Westgate Entertainment District, Cardinals Stadium (home to NFL games, concerts & other events) and Desert Diamond Arena (home to concerts other events). Westgate boasts dozens of bars and restaurants, Tiger Wood's PopStroke Mini Golf, a massive Designer Outlet Mall, a fabulous Pickleball venue, movie theater and so much more. Just a few blocks from Westgate you will find Desert Diamond Casino, which offers both live table games and electronic gambling and slot machines. Westgate is a quick 10-minute walk from the house; it takes just another 10 minutes to walk from Westgate to Cardinals Stadium! Top Golf & Andretti kart racing are just a 3-minute drive and are so much fun – we highly recommend it!

If you’re looking to attend Spring Training games, this is the place for you! Within just a few miles of the property there are three (yes, THREE!) different Spring Training facilities! Camelback Ranch (LA Dodgers, Chicago White Sox) is just a 9-minute drive from the house; the Peoria Sports Complex (San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners) is a 12-minute drive; American Family Fields (Milwaukee Brewers) is a mere 15-minutes from the house! You also have Surprise Stadium (Texas Rangers, Kansas City Royals) and Goodyear Ballpark (Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians) located approximately 20 minutes from the house.

You can get to downtown Phoenix in 20 minutes or to Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe in just 30 minutes, allowing you to easily see all that the Valley of the Sun has to offer!

TERMS/CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES:
1. RENTAL AGREEMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT. A signed rental agreement and $500.00 refundable security deposit are required. The security deposit will be a HOLD placed on your credit card three (3) days before your arrival date; it will be released immediately following the post-stay inspection – no more than seven (7) days after check-out. Failure to complete rental agreement will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
2. QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 8am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood filled with families. Out of respect for the neighbors, and in compliance with CITY ORDINANCES, Quiet Hours are STRICTLY enforced. Please be mindful of anything other than quiet noise in the backyard after 10pm. We use passive noise monitoring technology that tracks the volume level of noise (and only the volume level). If that noise rises beyond a reasonable level during quiet hours, I will be notified. If police arrive at property due to noise violations, guests are responsible for fines and reservation will be terminated without refund.
3. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. Allowing anyone on the premises who is not a member of your registered group is restricted; pre-approval by host is required.
4. NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS. The reservation is for the number of guests listed on the reservation; the presence of any undisclosed overnight guests will result in an immediate cancellation of the trip without any refund.
5. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PROPERTY CONTENTS. Guests are responsible for treating the home and its contents with the utmost care. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to guest - this includes BATH AND BED LINENS. Black towels are provided to remove face makeup; please use these to avoid staining white linens and incurring replacement costs.
6. SECURITY CAMERAS are active and monitor anyone entering or exiting the house.
7. NO SMOKING of any kind indoors (this includes vaping). Feel free to smoke outside, but please don't smoke in front of open doors and windows. If we have to mitigate smoke damage, the cleaners charge a $500 fee which will be passed on to you.
8. NO GLASS OR CERAMIC DINNERWARE/DRINKWARE is permitted outdoors. Plastic glasses, plates, and bowls are provided for your outdoor fun.
9. POOLS & HOT TUBS ARE DANGEROUS. Please never allow a child in the backyard unsupervised. Neither the pool nor the hot tub is fenced.
10. DIVING & RUNNING are not permitted in and around the pool.
11. USE POOL AND HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK. By booking & paying for a reservation, guests waive all responsibility of the managers and/or property owners.
12. NO PETS are allowed on the property.
13. NO TAPE ON WALLS; & NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, ETC. may to be used on the property - indoors or outdoors. Violation of this policy will result in the significant additional cleaning fees being charged to the guest.
14. CHECK OUT is at 11 am. Late check-outs will delay our cleaners and result in a $25 charge each quarter hour.
15. Please don’t tamper with POOL EQUIPMENT. Please do NOT remove pool cleaner.
16. No food or drink is permitted on the air hockey table, shuffleboard table, and arcade games table.
17. GUEST VERIFICATIONS/ID'S REQUIRED. By requesting a reservation or booking a stay, you give permission to the property manager/host to use a third-party to conduct guests screenings, including verifying your identity in order to confirm your reservation. You will receive an email from "Safely" to complete your screening; this email is NOT spam and must be completed to have a confirmed reservation. Failure to complete screening will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
