Serene Lake House. Close to Ft Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island. Relax on private dock where you can fish, kayak or sunbathe on seven lakes system and have access for all water sports. Less than a block from public boat dock. Private pool and hot tub. Sleeps 9 comfortably in spacious open concept fully stocked indoor/outdoor living home. 4th room is not an actual bedroom but a flex space that is next to other bedrooms and great for kids.

Welcome to paradise at our waterfront home! Enjoy the Florida sunshine and Southwest sunset views from our covered lanai & heated pool with dock. We are on a chain of Seven large lakes for an amazing boating experience!
When you are not at the beach, enjoy our private heated pool, grill up some grub, fish from the dock, ride bikes, kayak, or swim.
There are pool floats, some life vests, sun beds, a small pool basketball hoop, various games and cornhole to play.
Our entire home is 2,050sq. ft. to enjoy time with your family or friends. We have family and kid
friendly books and board games. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from our
centrally located home.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Nicole and Warren's beautiful Cape Coral home! Booking and communication were excellent, even accommodated our change in reservation. As soon as we arrived at the home, it was so clean, smelled lovely, home was inviting and comfortable! There was everything we needed for a great stay. We even found a crockpot which we were thrilled about, used it a few times for quick meals while we enjoyed the area all day! The lanai was our favorite spot! Lots of seating and comfort. The pool is beautiful and warm. The dock area was also our favorite spot, we did a lot of fishing! The garage had bikes, floats, toys, coolers, chairs, everything we could possibly need! Laundry room was stocked with laundry pods, with clear instructions for how to operate the washer and dryer. There was a dishwasher, but we prefered to wash by hand. Lots of trash bags, sandwich bags, etc. Neighbors were lovely, we met the one closest to the house, he gave our teenagers tools to open a coconut! I honestly cannot rave about this property more, it was that good! As far as the area goes; we enjoyed Cape Coral. Everything was close by the house for amenities and we were only 20-30 mins from airport and Fort Myers Beach. We did a boat "Shelling" tour out of Fort Myers Beach which was excellent. We also drove down to Marco Island and did a Kayak tour and visited the beached down there. Otherwise we just fully took advantage of the pool at the home! Thank you Nicole and Warren!

Besser geht es nicht

Super schöne Lage direkt am Kanal. Die Sonne geht gegenüber vom Anlegesteg unter und man genießt seinen Sundowner. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Garage stehen Kayaks zum Paddeln und Fahrräder. Ruhige Nebenstrasse in sicherer Umgebung (im ohnehin sehr sicheren Cape Coral) Wir waren mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene und drei Teenager) vor Ort und standen uns nie auf den Füßen. Die komplette Ausstattung ist gut in Schuss. Bei Fragen kurze Nachricht an die Vermieter. Nicole (die auch deutsch spricht) und Warren antworten innerhalb weniger Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Dicken Daumen nach oben
