Fantastic stay

The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was perfect size for our family of 10. The hot tub was perfect. We caught fish right off the dock and were able to kayak right from the backyard. It was a great area. We would recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back again!

The perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The kids had plenty of room and pretty much stayed in the pool the whole time. Actually, we loved it so much we’ve already decided we will be back soon enough. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing, Dwayne the property manager is A and responded immediately to the minor issues we had with the pool and clothes washer. House was perfect for our large group of 14 and still had lots of room to spread out. Fishing off the dock was not amazing but there were lots of fish fish swimming around for they kids to watch.

Lots to enjoy. The location is quiet. Close to any necessities. The pool and hot tub were on point. This was the family’s fifth year headed to Cape Coral. We are all in agreement that this location exceeded our expectations. This will be a property we will book again.

Such a beautiful property!!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is nice along with hot tub. The back deck has area for fishing. It is everything we can ask for from a vacation home. The owner is wonderful and very understanding and work with us. You will not be disappointed staying here. I will definitely return here again.

Great long weekend with the family. It was a beautiful house in a great neighborhood! The view of the canal was so peaceful and family really enjoyed the pool! The area isn’t far from local grocery stores and restaurants. Bonus was we were able to drive to captiva just an hour away. We will hopefully be back!

Perfect for Us

This is a beautiful, spacious home. Loved the open concept and the dining table that seated 10. Family enjoyed fishing off the dock and use of the heated pool and hot tub. Nice large gas grill. Nice neighborhood within a couple miles of main routes to stores and activities. I would recommend this home, especially if you have a larger group. We had 11 and never felt crowded. Dwayne responded quickly when needed to make our staff great!

We absolutely loved our stay in Cape Coral. This home worked out perfectly for our large family. The house was clean and welcoming. They provide many extras; tons of towels, bedding, beach chairs, pool toys, bicycles, as well as all the kitchen necessities needed to cook meals. I cannot say enough good things...we would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and friendly. Thank you for offering such a great property as a vacation rental.
