Ross the host is very welcoming and always answers your calls and texts very quickly.
It is a trailer in a neighborhood on a marina. You can dock your boat. There is a 25 dollar slip fee and you need to launch your boat at a local launch and then drive your boat to the slip.
You will need to bring the basics for food like spices and oils etc.. the same with soaps and items for the bathroom.
The trailer is clean, has good air, and heat. There is not a fire pit.
It is a great place to use as a fishing port.

The small trailer was parked on a hill and not level. The refrigerator and all the doors literally slam shut. There was no water, no soap no washcloths towels no pots and pans, no coffee pot. The owner finally ran 200 foot of hose to the trailer to flush the toilet. The ad is misleading. There is only one mattress in that trailer. The other beds he claims are really a fold out couch daybeds and a table that drops down with seat pads to sleep on. After he ran the hose there was still no pressure. He asked me well did you turn the pump on? Later that evening when we found out there was no hot water to wash our dishes, he asked me what did you turn the hot water heater on? To top the whole trip off he ran 100 foot extension cord out to the boat dock he said had shore power, but he didn’t plug in the end that was inside the lock garage. We plugged in an extension cord with no power to our battery charger only to run our trolling batteries totally dead the next day. The guy running this show isn’t Listed as the property owner. I’m not so sure he just park the trailer there and running some Scam. If I were The owner of that property I wouldn’t like the liability of that fly by night leasing out that dry rotted dock on my property.
