About this property

With a bathing suit and bathing trunks only with a towel it goes from the apartment to the beach! Just great in front of the first café in the morning to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with a swim in the sea. The location is just perfect, right on the promenade of Los Cristianos but laterally located in a small alley. From the terrace you have a partial sea view of the beach and the harbor. You can see the ships coming and going, especially in the evening just great with an aperitif to see the last ferries to La Gomera! The apartment has been completely renovated and the kitchen is newly furnished. Oven and induction cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave ... are available to our guests!
There are windows in every room and therefore the apartment is flooded with light. This is not natural in Tenerife!:) In the bedrooms and in the living room, the windows are equipped with a fly screen so that you can always leave the windows open! There are two large balconies / terraces available to our guests and an outdoor shower to cool off while sunbathing.

Perfect condition, location and host

We stayed 4 people and a baby in the apartment in January 2018 for 11 nights. The apartment is newly renovated, very spacious with two large bedrooms, a large open kitchen and a big balcony with a view of the beach/ocean/harbour. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but has an elevator. The apartment is located in the center of Los Christianos, right between two great beaches, lots and lots of restaurants, shops, super markets, but also still has a little bit of the local vibe. The host, Carmen, is extremely helpful and fast and easy to communicate with (both in english and german). E.g. we arrived very late at night, but it was not a problem to find a solution for the key handover etc. We would definitely recommend this apartment!
