Fantastic two-floor Holiday Home with solarium, in the center of Los Cristianos, 50 meters from the beach.

The two-floor Holiday Home is located on the 3rd floor of a building (with elevator) and with stunning views over the sea and the beach of Los Cristianos. It has 2 floors. The 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, a complete bathroom, a living room with TV and dining area and a kitchen.The 2nd floor has a living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen with dining area and small balcony, full bathroom and sitting area overlooking the beach.On the 3rd floor, we find a large terrace with sun loungers and a fabulous view of the sea and the beach of Los Cristianos.

Los Cristianos is a town in the south of Tenerife where the best beaches of the island are located. It has a promenade, which surrounds the Playa de Los Cristianos and extends to Playa de Las Vistas, considered the best beaches in the South of Tenerife.

What a big and great apartment. Everything is clean and very central in the City. Close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The Balconies en roofterrace are great. When we come back to Tenerife we certainly will stay in this apartment.

Brilliant

Great position for bars/restaurants and beach. Plenty of outside sitting if you wanted sun or shade. Aircon would make the apartment better but the 3 fans sufficed us. Communication with owners was A1 before and nearing the end of our holiday. Hope to return some day.

Great location. Beach a couple minutes walk away. Supermarket across street. Many restaurants really close. Apartment is large wirh everything we needed, with 2 restrooms, large roof terrace which is really good. Ocean views. Only things that could be better is that fans in beedrooms are barely strong enough and stairs to roof terrace is quite low and narrow for large people. Friendly hosts. Good choice overall.

Exactly as advertised

Vitor and Isabels apartment is exactly as advertised. It is extremely clean throughout and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Although the apartment was far too big for the two of us, it was the roof terrace/solarium that was the attraction and that was great. Shade or sun at any time and great views of the harbour, (we can watch ferries/boats coming and going all day! ) The only comment is that the spiral staircase to the roof terrace is not for someone with mobility problems!! The wifi is excellent, although we didn´t use on the roof terrace, and the television had the best channel availabilty we have ever had - even including Sky Sports and TNT (and similar available in many other languages). The apartment is situated right in the middle of the old town and is just a very short walk to an excellent choice of many different restaurants. There are a number of small supermarkets within the same short walk and main ones, like Mercadona, less than 15 mins walk. There are two taxi ranks very close and the main bus station is 10 mins walk. All in all, an excellently well kept property that we wouldn´t hesitate to book again.

En tout point conforme à l'annonce. Idéalement placé, spacieux et confortable. Seul bémol le stationnement, mais ce n'est pas propre à l'appartement, c'est partout à Ténérife.

Casa davvero meravigliosa. Ne siamo rimasti stupiti subito appena entrati! Ampia sala al primo piano con cucina, primo bagno e le due stanze da letto. Al secondo piano, secondo bagno, seconda sala con divano letto e poi il meraviglioso terrazzo. Oltre alla bellezza della casa é di una praticità eccezionale. Bar, ristoranti, market, tutto a portata di mano. Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti e consigliamo questa casa assolutamente!

Nos hemos alojado 4 personas durante 10 días de agosto en este apartamento. El alojamiento y descripción del mismo cumple con las expectativas que se muestran en las fotos. Muy espacioso y muy céntrico por cercanía a la playa, comercios y restaurantes. Recomendaríamos el hospedaje del mismo. Isabel y su pareja son muy amables y nos han dado una bienvenida y acogida excelente. No dudaremos en repetir experiencia de nuevo.

Cozinha bem equipada, também podíamos cozinhar. Anfitrião muito agradável com boa comunicação. Apartamento exclusivamente decorado com muitos detalhes. À noite a partir da 1 hora 4 da manhã a recolha do lixo / limpeza da rua veio, por isso já se ouviam camiões dos dois quartos que estão na rua. Mas de qualquer forma, na manhã seguinte tudo estava muito limpo...

Perfect apartment. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Apartment had everything you could possibly need. Well laid out and furnished. Sun terrace fantastic, lovely views. Two minutes to beach. Shops and restaurants immediately outside door.Steets below can be noisy in the evening but plenty of fans so you can close your bedroom windows. Overall superb and would definitely stay again.
