Located at the edge of the forest and 400 meters from the beach, you can retreat in this house a bit from the other tourists. Bakers, supermarket and restaurants are just as close, the train station 15 minutes walk away.
The semi-detached house is located in a garden with private terrace facing southeast / southwest, so sunny and bright.

The ground floor has a kitchen and living room (with sofa bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower & WC. Upstairs there is another bathroom with tub & toilet and three lockable bedrooms: 1. with two single beds, 2. with double bed, 3. with three single beds, two of them on a gallery.

The slate floor of the kitchen and the parquet in the rest of the house are heated by underfloor heating. In the cold season you can make yourself comfortable with the fireplace in the kitchen.

The house has Wi-Fi connection and a parking space.

Note to the seaside resorts Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck:
- Parking on the streets is not allowed. If you are traveling with more than one car, you would need to use a public pay parking or P & R at the station free of charge,
- You need a spa card: per person and day in high season (1. April to 31. October & 27. December to 2. January) 2.70 € / reduced 1.60 €. In low season (1. November to 31. March & 3. January to 31. March) € 2.10 / reduced € 1.30. Children until the 10th Birthday are free, until 16. Birthday reduced. For this you have a clean beach with proper toilets and can travel for free by bus.

Rauchmelder abgebaut Grill schmutzig Babybett nicht aufgestellt, musste erst gesucht werden Duschablage defekt Geschirrspüler nicht komplett ausgeräumt Fliegengitter löchrig oder gerissen Innenreinigung oberflächlich, viele Spinnweben und Wollmäuse, Sand von Vorgängern im Wohnzimmer, Fächer in Küchenzeile müssten aussortiert werden (Kleinkram wie leere Batterien und aufgebrauchtes Klebeband) Insgesamt leider zu viele Abstriche für den gehobenen Preis.

Ferienwohnung liegt Zentral in Bansin, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße.Das Haus macht einen guten Eindruck mit 2 Terrassen.Ein Aufenthalt von 6-7Personen ist kein Problem da 3 Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind.

Urlaub im Juli 2023 im Seebad Bansin

Wir, eine 5-köpfige Familie verbrachten unseren 2-wöchigen Sommerurlaub in Bansin. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und im Ferienhaus an nichts gefehlt. Das Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und entspricht absolut dem Angebot im Portal. Über die bezogenen Betten, die vielen Gesellschaftsspiele und die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der Supermarkt ist 190 m vom Haus entfernt. Ebenso ein Fahrradverleih. Das Haus liegt ruhig aber dennoch zentral in Bansin. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Eine gute Zeit auf Usedom in der Goethestr.

Ein wirklich top eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit 7 Betten! Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Strand liegt fußläufig. Auch zur Steilküste Bansins sind es nur 800m. Dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und dem Hausmeister vor Ort. Jederzeit wieder.

Sofort heimisch und Wohlgefühl

Wir, meine Schwester und ich mit insgesamt 3 Kindern im Alter von 6 bis 14 Jahren haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus Fey in Bansin auf Usedom verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, der Weg zum Strand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist jeweils gleich um die Ecke. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und in jedem Fall zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin und dem Verwalter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz und in guter Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Perfekt für große Familien, da viel Platz und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ruhige Lage aber nur einen Katzensprung zu Restaurants und zum Meer. Sehr zu empfehlen.

tolles Ferienhaus mit Platz für die ganze Familie

Wir waren zu sechst mit 3 Generationen im Urlaub und das Haus hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Die schnelle Kommunikation mit Fewo und dann der Vermieterin waren super. Waschmaschine und viele Spiele für den Abend sind ein großes Plus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben es tgl. getestet. Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist trotzdem mitten im Zentrum und der Strand ist zu Fuss nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Schönes geräumiges Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet, hat eine tolle Lage (ruhig gelegen, nicht weit zum Strand und doch zentral) und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben unsere Sommerferien dort verbracht und waren zeitweise zu sechst im Haus, was absolut kein Problem war. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wer eine grosse und komfortable Unterkunft in Strandnähe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft!

Objekt war alles gut. Lediglich die Einfahrt war etwas eng. Da wir mit einem transporter angereist sind. Eine defekte Lampe im Bad konnte leider nicht kurzfristig repariert werden. Aber sonst sehr empfehlenswert.

Optimale Lage

Der Gesamteindruck war sehr gut. Es gab ein paar Ecken, die sauberer hätten sein können. Doch insgesamt hat das Gesamtpacket überzeugt. Die Wohnung liegt nicht zu nah am Strand, sodass man von den Abendgeräuschen nicht belästigt wird. Aber nah genug, dass man den Strand schnell erreichen kann. Die Räumlichkeiten gut eingerichtet. Es war alles da. Die Isolierung zur Nachbarwohnung ist sehr gut. Das Außengrundstück ist für sich abgeschlossen und gut zu nutzen. Wir waren rund um zufrieden und könnten uns vorstellen, dort noch einmal einen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Gute Aufteilung und perfekte Lage

Da wir als Familie mit insgesamt drei Parteien verreist sind, ist es immer schwer allen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Noch schwerer ist es für alle eine Unterkunft zu finden, in der jeder sein eigenes Zimmer hat. Das war hier kein Problem und daher wirklich sehr angenehm! Großzügiges Bad und zweites Gästebad mit Dusche sind auch hilfreich bei so vielen Personen. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Auswahl an Spielen, die Kinder haben sich jedenfalls gefreut. Insgesamt war das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet an Möbeln, Ausstattung, Haushaltsgeräte etc. und die Lage ist schön zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Kritikpunkt war vor allem von den älteren Gäste die Sauberkeit (Duschvorhang) und die Qualität der Möbel (auf dem Sofa konnte man nicht sitzen, da ein Teil immer verrutschte). Probleme gab es leider auch vermehrt mit dem Internet, was öfter plötzlich nicht mehr da war, aber dafür kann der Vermieter wohl nichts. Da wir aber nicht hauptsächlich eh unterwegs waren, sind das sicher zweitrangige Dinge. Alles in allem hat uns das Haus und vor allem die Ausstattung aber gut gefallen und können es empfehlen.
