Shorter stays are possible upon request.<br><br>Our beautiful, quiet holiday home with a seaside charm is situated on a mature, tree-lined lot on the lovely, sunny island of Usedom. It is situated on a hill from which you can overlook the Oderhaff, the old fishing village of Kamminke, and Swinoujscie. <br>The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers, shrubs, and a large lawn. It is protected by a fence and a hedge of tall conifers and flowering shrubs. The lot is 760 square metres and can be used to relax and play in peace, without being disturbed by neighbors.<br>A large patio in our garden is located behind the house, next to the patio of the neighbouring property, on the other side of the duplex. Our patio is equipped with a glass windscreen and is protected from view by a privacy screen. A second paved patio is located at the back of the garden, furnished with garden furniture, a water feature, garden chairs, umbrellas, beach chairs, a barbecue, a sandpit, children’s garden furniture, and a swing set. In front of the house is a small blue seating area.<br>The entire residential complex, consisting of three two-bedroom homes, has a private access road and is fenced in. Our large property is also fenced in.<br>A swimming pool is ready for you, and our women’s and men’s bicycles with gear shifts are available for you to use.<br>After long walks, sunny days at the beach, and excursions, you can relax in the sauna and enjoy cosy moments by the fireplace. We provide firewood free of charge.<br>The house has blue exterior doors and windows, terracotta floor tiles in the interior in yellow and blue tones, and is comfortably furnished with a personal touch and high-quality rustic wooden furniture, a sofa, a dining set, cushions, plaid patterns, rugs, paintings, and photographs, and furnished with attention to detail. <br><br>The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is open-concept and features a four-burner electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker (with coffee pods and filter bags), a toaster, a kettle, and spices. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, etc.<br><br>Electricity, natural gas, water, shared Wi-Fi, bicycles, and firewood for the stove are included in the rental price. You can also use towels, guest towels, all kinds of cleaning supplies, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper free of charge.<br><br>A flat-screen HD-SAT TV, a radio with an MP3 player, a DVD player, magazines and DVDs, as well as games and books for all ages are available for your leisure time. <br>You’ll also find a travel guide, brochures, and other tourist materials. To help you learn more about the holiday home and the island of Usedom, we have put together an information sheet for you, which is on display in the house.<br><br>One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a chair. The other bedroom has a comfortable fold-out sofa bed, a travel cot (60 cm x 120 cm) with an extra mattress, a closet, and drawers. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. Of course, the bed is made, and all linens are washed or cleaned regularly. There are plenty of hangers.<br><br>A folding chair, a baby bouncer, a children’s toilet seat, and children’s dishes are available. The staircase is secured with a safety gate at the bottom.<br><br>If you wish, you can rent linens (sheets, towels) and bath towels (bath towels, bath, and sauna towels) at the rental property (€15 per person total) or bring your own.<br><br>Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and windows.
