Breakers West A3 is a quiet, perfectly situated condo on West Gulf Drive. Located directly on the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This small complex of 18 units offers the peace and tranquility that you are searching for. The condo comes equipped with two bedrooms and two full baths, a private screened lanai, a fully stocked kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs and a laundry room with a full size washing machine and dryer. The first bedroom is a king bed ensuite with a large walk in closet and a wall mounted smart tv. The second bedroom has two twin beds, guest bathroom and a walk-in closet. The living room is set with a comfortable sectional that offers beautiful views of the grounds. You will also find a smart tv for all of your streaming needs and plenty of books to enjoy on your vacation. From the living room you can reach the private screened lanai where you can spend your time enjoying the breeze coming from the Gulf. Complex amenities include BBQ grills, a rooftop private sundeck with loungers, a heated swimming pool and happens to be conveniently located next to Sanibel's best bike paths. The unit comes with two single hotel quality rollaway beds for your convenience.

Third Sanibel Vacation

The condo was very nice, both comodes need tighten up, master BR comode needs a new seat. Was a little disappointed in the beach area! The Porch floor flooded when rained!
