The house overlooks a large terrace with outdoor table and gazebo, and from the terrace leads to the garden available to guests. Including 32 inch wall-mounted TV, air conditioning, BBQ, and everything needed for the living room. Parking is public in front of the house.
The house is located in the center of Tortolì. It is close to shops, restaurants and pizzerias, and a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of Ogliastra: Basaura, Lido di Orri, Lido di Cea. From the house you can easily visit the main beaches of Ogliastra and the interior of Sardinia. The beaches of Girasole, Lotzorai, Santa Maria Navarrese are just a few kilometers away, and in half an hour you can reach the naturalistic oasis of Santa Barbara, Villagrande Strisaili, and Ierzu and Ussassai.
