Small, cozy apartment in a very quiet location for two people

The apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac near the forest. It has a separate entrance, through which the apartment is reached via a staircase on the first floor above a garage. The garage is not used for vehicles.
Pets are not allowed.
A supermarket can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the center of Bad Bentheim is approx. 1 km away.
The bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, the bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The living room is combined with the kitchenette and a small dining table.
In the kitchen area you will find a 2-burner stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, mixer and a sink. Of course also the usual dishes with pots and cutlery.
In the living area there is a two-seat leather sofa and a very comfortable TV armchair.
The technical equipment consists of a flat screen television with the possibility of receiving radio via satellite. You will find a hair dryer in the bathroom and an alarm clock in the bedroom. Internet access via WLAN is included in the rental price.
Towels and a set of bed linen are also included in the rental price.
The lighting is good, a reading lamp is available in the living room.
The city of Bad Bentheim has obliged us to collect a tourist tax of € 1.50 per guest and day at the start of the rental. If there is a severe disability of 50% or more and a work-related stay, the tourist tax is reduced. Please ask.
