Apartment 'Braunarl' with 63m² offers enough space for 4-5 persons. The apartment is open to the roof, which has a special coziness. There are 2 separate bedrooms (with possibility of an extra bed or cot), kitchen with sofa, bathroom and separate toilet and balcony with a unique view of the mountain panorama. The kitchen is fully equipped: Microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and a lot of dishes, pots and pans. In the living area there is a flat screen TV, as well as a radio. Through WLAn there is unrestricted internet connection throughout the apartment. The house Rothorn is located on the sunny plateau Nesslegg at 1500m above sea level. Due to the altitude, we are in an almost pollen-free zone. Hiking in the mountains or at this altitude has particularly positive effects on health, which was confirmed in the 2000 AMAS altitude study. Our guests especially appreciate the peace and nature, as well as the view of the magnificent mountain panorama around Schröcken. Our apartments are perfect for families or for groups. The bedrooms are separate from the living room and they are generous from the square. In the house there is a playroom, which the children can use at any time. SKI AREA Warth-Schröcken, Ski Arlberg The ski area Ski Arlberg, which is now fully developed, can be reached comfortably within 5 minutes by the free ski bus. The bus stop is only a few meters from the house. The ski bus takes guests to the ski slope, from where it then goes up with the Salober Jet and you are right in the middle of the ski area. With 305 kilometers of pistes and 87 lifts and cable cars, the Ski Arlberg ski area is the largest in Austria. On the Salober is located at the valley station, the ski school Salober-Schröcken, and the children's land "Paulis Ski Arena". From the ski area go back over the new village ski down to Nesslegg and thus almost to the front door. Warth-Schröcken hiking area: There are numerous hiking trails in Warth and Schröcken - from simple walks to demanding hikes. With 42 rope courses and a 140 m long Flying Foxbahn, this park is one of the highlights for the whole family.
