ABOUT US:
We are a San Diego-based family with several rental properties. This home is extraordinary - as it is our own vacation home, and we are excited to offer our home as a vacation rental for you!

EXPANSIVE MAIN FIRST FLOOR:
The gorgeous entry door opens to the warmly furnished great room + fireplace, and dining area with panoramic lake views. The kitchen is well-appointed, with quartz counters, stainless appliances, and an adjacent laundry room. All on the main level, all with VIEWS:

SECOND FLOOR (UPSTAIRS):
The 2nd floor sleeps four with an additional master suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and an adjacent loft/sleeping alcove with a bed, sofa, and library full of books. Your kids will want to snuggle up here and read a book!

BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms on each floor are all renovated with ceramic flooring, hardwood cabinetry, quartz tops, new fixtures, and luxury towels. The primary bath has a walk-in shower with glass walls; the guest bath has a lovely soaking tub with a glass partition. The lower level bathroom and 2nd master bath both have walk-in showers.

HOME ENTERTAINMENT
Our Lake Retreat has Wi-Fi, cable, and HDTVs in the living and lower-level guest rooms. Our game room has a pool table and bar!

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Our Lake Retreat features two lake view decks. Immediately off the living room, the main deck has seating for the entire family, a BBQ, umbrellas, and a hot tub with a lake view.

LAKE ARROWHEAD ACCESS
Rental guests of our home may access the lake and strips by bringing our owner GREEN CARD to register your rental in person with the ALA, signing forms and waivers, and paying a daily use fee. Guests will then be issued wristbands for non-commercial access. BONUS: Tenants (over 30 days) may use our Beach Club Access! Loss of the Owner's Green Card incurs a $300 replacement fee.

Our home has everything you expect from a private, luxury home. We love to entertain, so our kitchen has high-quality cookware, utensils, and all the little items you need when cooking at home. We have both a drip & Keurig coffee maker. We offer a large selection of coffee for the Keurig coffee maker and keep plenty of towels available.

Easy access to downtown Blue Jay (10-minute drive), Jensen’s Foods, Starbucks, and various shops & restaurants. Lake Arrowhead Village is just a short 5-mile drive.
