2200 square foot comfortable house built in 1994 in NW Austin. Secluded, quiet community near everything. Greenbelt back yard and walking trails along a creek. 10 minutes to great shopping at The Domain and the Austin FC Q2 soccer stadium. Close to major highways, tollways, major employers, entertainment, restaurants and only 20 min to downtown Austin. Private backyard with new deck on an accessible greenbelt. Security cameras monitor the exterior for your protection

Secluded community in Northwest Austin, Texas. Lots of dog walkers and people walkers as well. Friendly but private neighbors. Quiet community but close to everything. A few minutes drive into the neighborhood gets you away from all the traffic. Little noise can be heard during rush hour.

Great neighborhood

We had to move out of our home for 3 weeks for some remodeling and wanted to stay relatively close to home. This house was home during that time. Doyle is a wonderful host and was there for the few little things we needed help with. We had plenty of room and loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Also loved seeing all the deer in the neighborhood. Would stay again.

Holiday Gathering

The property is located near The Arboretum area north of the Austin airport. It was very convenient location by car to H-E-B grocery, shopping at The Domain, and area restaurants. Aside from the need of side lamps(only ceiling fan light) in the master bedroom, the property was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped for meal preparation, the beds were comfortable, as was the pre-set temperature by the host. The host was very communicative and responsive to any needs or questions during the freezing temperatures brought by the holiday winter storm. We will consider it again for future stays. D.K.

Great Property!

This house was perfect for our family's trip to Austin. It was within a few miles to our relative's house, and the neighborhood was really nice. The house was huge! It was really nice to have the extra space, and it was really comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed and everything was as described in the listing. The communication was great. I hope we are able to stay here again next time we visit!

Amazing place In Austin

Overall our experience at this stay was absolutely amazing! Doyle was extremely nice host and was very welcoming to all the guests. The house is big and has 4 amazing rooms for many guest to stay. The neighborhood is extremely clean , quite, and very safe. This place is recommend for whatever occasion not only is this place great for friends getaway but will work well for families as well. This is a must book if you need a place to stay in Austin!!!

Close to so many things to do. Shopping at the Arboretum, Domain and others shops is plentiful. The Austin FC Q2 stadium is just 10 minutes away and downtown Austin only 20 minutes away. Close to all the major highways and tollways yet easy access to our home and all over Austin from our location.
