About this property

Our Lake house is located in the beautiful gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. There is 24 hour security, golf course, country club with dining, tennis courts, community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, three sandy beaches on the lake.

The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: expansive sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack shack, sailboat, kayak, paddle board, paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open during the summer months only.

This property features, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, kitchen, lots of gorgeous views and a private deck.

Maximum Occupancy 10 people. Only those on the guest list will be allowed on the property. No day guest.

AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM.
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.
A copy of your drivers license is required within 24 hours of booking

Can guests launch their own boats?
Per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules, guests are NOT allowed to launch their own stand up paddle boats, boats or watercrafts of any kind on Pine Mountain Lake.
You can, however, rent sailboats, kayaks paddle boards paddle boats at the main Marina Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.

Linens
Sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows and bath towels are provided for guest use.

Gated Community Access
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $42 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to Pine Mountain Lake HOA. The price subject to change without notice. Access permits are non-refundable. A stay of 8 or more nights will require additional fees as per Pine Mountain Lake Association.

Large Gatherings are not Allowed
A maximum of 10 people (including children & infants) are permitted on the property premises. Only those listed on your guest list are allowed to be on the property. No day visitors allowed.

Boats
There are paddle boards and kayaks on the property for guest use ONLY
They are not washed for guests arrival. Guests are responsible for washing boats for their own use. Please do not leave your children unattended when using the boats.

Life Jackets
There are life jackets available, however, we suggest that you bring your own.
Guests agree to wear life jackets while using provided boats.

Swimming at the dock
Swimming only permitted 30 feet from the dock.

Please do NOT use the neighbors dock.

This property has interior and exterior stairways.
Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks.

Are Pets and Animals Allowed?
No pets of any kind allowed on the premises. No exceptions.

Stunning

Our stay at this property was unbelievable it was so beautiful and cozy so relaxing tanner did an amazing job having the home stocked. water items out and ready for us to use. The only issue was the neighbor had people come out to tell us to be quiet at 8:00 tanner reached out and reminded us quiet hours were from 10pm -7am he reassured us things were ok and he responded to messages so quickly and always. Checked to make sure our stay was going smooth and we didn’t need anything extra. Again if your looking for a home that looks like something out of a movie this is the place the dock and lake right outside was the best part I hope to book again with my other family soon absolutely loved this property highly recommend the most beautiful scenery

Lake Life

Location is right on the lake. Tanner has plenty of kayaks and paddle boards, which were perfect for our families. We were even able to kayak to the marina and another beach close by. Pro tip - get the soft serve at the marina. Kitchen was very well stocked. We usually bring a lot of supplies ourselves since a lot of rentals aren’t as well stocked, but we found that we really didn’t need to bring any of it at Tanner’s rental. We had multiple meals on the rear deck, facing the lake as it is quite shaded by the trees. Communication with Tanner was also exceptional. He usually responds within minutes and made multiple efforts to contact us to make sure things were going smoothly. You can see plenty of blue gill and bass from the house dock. I didn’t catch many but I was having too good of a time to care. My only suggestion to him was to add another shower. The house is a tri-level so you should expect a few steps to get around the house. Getting to the house dock and back can be a bit tiring, but was really no issue for my toddler. Everyone had a great time and we’re already considering coming back.
