The Heber House welcomes you to stay, relax, enjoy, play, and make memories with family and friends. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located near downtown Heber, walking distance to great restaurants, with nearby parks, mountain bike trails, and close proximity to ski resorts. We have created a home-like atmosphere for you to make the most out of whatever reason you've decided to travel or stay with us. Welcome! The house is a three-level house. The main floor and upstairs bedroom/loft are accessible to guests. The basement apartment downstairs is locked and private and rented by long-term tenants who are very respectful of the home and our guests. The backyard is shared by our guests and the long-term tenants, however, with plenty of space to roam, there is no interference. The main floor has three bedrooms, including the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and two secondary bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The upstairs bedroom/loft is spacious and private and a perfect hangout with TV and games. The four beds upstairs are trundle beds and can sleep up to eight guests by just pulling out the "drawer" under each bed-frame to reveal a surprisingly comfortable mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances are all high-end; the fridge even has a hot water dispenser.

Very happy with the whole house. The 2 car garage was very nice to have for loading and storage. Great kitchen supplies and laundry supplies. I highly recommend this rental.
My friends and I come to the Heber Valley a few times a year to get away. We usually stay in Midway and this time we switched it up and decided to stay in Heber. We love to get away and craft and watch movies all weekend. We’ll definitely be back.
Great house, and lots of space. The kids had their own private area upstairs, so us adults had the bedroom areas to ourselves. Also had access to a huge garage if we needed it. Hope we come back out this way, we would definitely stay here again!
Great house with lots of space. We had a great time. Everything was clean and well maintained. The house is split with an apparent in the basement. It wasn't a problem, just a surprise when we learned about the renters in the basement.
Overall the stay was fantastic. The only drawback was there was not air conditioning in the upstairs loft area. Even with the fans and the window open, those that stayed up there still complained that they were hot. Also, one of the ceiling fans has the chain broken, so we were unable to turn it on higher.
This house had a central location to Heber City, about 25 minutes from Park City. We were happy that this house was pet friendly with a large outdoor space. It was nice to have access to the garage. There is a tenant who lives downstairs, and we mistakenly parked behind their car on one of the days. Make sure you park to the right or in the garage. Nice clean rooms and a large open kitchen/hang out space.
Easy entry and cleanliness of home. Very nice neighborhood and neighbors. We were able to do many activities. Park for kids was two blocks away. We especially appreciated the use of the garage. A couple of minor issues: bathtub drained slowly in hall bath. A few lightbulbs were burned out. We had plenty of towels, shower products; I forgot to pack mine. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very clean and comfortable. If we come again, I would choose to stay in this house.
House was great and well equipped. Host texted to make sure we had everything we needed.
The only disappointment was the yard. It's a terrible weed patch and totally unusable. The back could be an awesome park like setting for families to enjoy but it's overgrown with weeds.
The home's layout was great and worked well. The kitchen had most of what we'd need (except a whisk and cooking oil). It's a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. The backyard was as listed, but it would be an awesome place if it had grass instead of being so dry. We didn't really use the yard because of that. Also, it was quite hot inside when we arrived, and took hours to cool down.
Was a nice place but not as big as portrayed. The picture online shows 8 beds in a large room upstairs. It didn’t mention they were trudle beds pull outs. Also don’t mention that a basement apartment was also rented out.
There are actually only 11beds some not big enough for adults.
I wouldn’t say the kitchen is fully stocked. It’s ok if you’re not planning to make full meals during your stay. There was only one roll of toilet paper (there was seven of us staying) when I messaged the host she said she had just left a large package there the week before. There was not any there and when I told her that she just didn’t reply so we had to run to the store for toilet paper.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Seating in the living room was limited so we couldn’t all sit and watch TV in comfort. Another couple of comfy chairs would have been nice. The beds were comfy, but a nice chair in the master and a TV, would have been nice. The loft was awesome for our teens to play games and “do their thing. The house was clean but seemed dusty, as if cleaning had taken place a while before we came. The home was priced well and we were grateful to have found it in time for Thanksgiving.
Hey there! We bought our first property in 2007 and have been in the property management and real estate business ever since. We love spending time together and with our four children playing sports, being outside, eating good food, and traveling.
