Gute Wohnung, aber ungepflegt

Die Wohnung ist kompakt und angemessen ausgestattet. Für 3 Personen zumutbar, mehr aber auch nicht. Wo die 125,- für die Endreinigung investiert werden, bleibt ein Rätsel. Zahlreiche Spinnen nebst Netzen in der Wohnung, dicke Staubschichten auf den Fußleisten, schmierige Spiegel und ein algengrünes Balkongeländer. Das wäre in 15 Minuten zu reinigen gewesen, ist aber wohl in den letzten 12 Monaten nicht passiert. Scheinbar wird nur der Boden feucht gewischt. Hier passt Preis nicht zu Leistung. Das Schlafzimmerbett ist schief und z.T. defekt. Auch hier sind es nur Schrauben, die mal wieder befestigt werden müssten. Akkuschrauber + 2 Minuten = Erledigt. Schade eigentlich. Ansonsten eine gute Lage in Nähe des Yachthafens, Bäcker und Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und viel Platz für Strandspaziergänge.
