About this property

Our 33 m² apartment, which was completed in 2018, is designed for up to 3 people and is located in the south-eastern part of Nuremberg.

The modern apartment, fully equipped with underfloor heating, has a fitted kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator and small appliances), bathroom with shower, a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and sofa with sleeping function, as well as a television and WiFi access.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment on request. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. An iron is also included in the apartment. Ironing board available.

Brand new modern apartment

The apartment was brand new, and spotless. Honestly never stayed anywhere as clean! The bed was very firm, but also the most comfortable 'firm' bed I had ever slept on. Walter, the owner, was very kind to pick us up on first day and drop us off on the last. He lives downstairs yet didn't mention that, and we only realised later. Unfortunately this apartment is not practical for the fair. It is 20 min walk across field to the most direct bus stop to subway - which is pitch black at night. Doesn't sound far, but when it is raining / snowing (and freezing) this is not practical. We paid $15 Euros each way for taxi to take us to subway each day. I'm sure Walter might have taken us had we asked, but at first we didn't realise he lived downstairs, and second we did not feel it right to ask him for such a service daily. Transport issues aside though, if you have a car, then this place is pretty close to perfect otherwise!

Rundum zum Wohlfühlen

Äußerst angenehme Wohnung, geschmackvoll-modern und auch gemütlich eingerichtet - zum Wohlfühlen! Alles ist da, was man braucht, und alles genau wie angezeigt. Der Vermieter ist in Allem unterstützend und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gerne wieder…

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub absolut genießen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Für uns hat alles super gepasst vor allem die kurze Strecke zur Eishalle war ein toller Aspekt. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Es warcein toller Kurzurlaub. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, freundlich hell und sehr sauber . Beim der Ankunft fühlte man sich schon direkt wohl . Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Nürnberg buchen wir wieder diese Wohnung.

splendido appartamento

L'appartamento è perfetto! corrisponde alla descrizione. Comodissimo per 2 persone , molto ben arredato, perfettamente pulito e super attrezzato, abbiamo trovato tutto, sale, zucchero, caffè , tisane , detersivi e spugne, tutto quello che può servire di base in cucina. Si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla e molto silenziosa; abbiamo riposato benissimo. In circa 20 minuti si arriva in pieno centro a Norimberga. Il Signor Walter cordiale e disponibile. Ottima vacanza! Lo consigliamo!
