The 2010 renovated apartment with 44m² of living space is located in a quiet location on the Nuremberg 'Plärrer', the main traffic hub of the city, only 150m from the historic old town wall. Subway, tram or bus can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. This makes the apartment equally attractive for trade fair visitors and city travelers. The modern apartment is suitable for single travelers as well as for couples. The equipment with sleeping gallery, cozy living area (with free WiFi, flat screen TV and CD player) and kitchen with all cooking utensils leaves nothing to be desired. Walter was great. The flat was very comfortable for us, and he was helpful getting our luggage up to the apartment. The walk up is kind of a workout, but I enjoyed it after a few days. Would certainly stay there again if we return to Nuremberg.

Very nice, bright penthouse apartment where everything worked as should. Perfect for 1-2 adults for business or holiday. Peaceful neighborhood and near the center (walking distance). Helpful and friendly owner was readily available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner warmly greeted us and helped us deliver our luggage to the 5th floor using the freight elevator. The apartments are cozy and warm. We found everything we needed for our stay. Good location near the center. There are many restaurants, shops and cafes nearby.

Our host, Walter was great with communications, directing us to places nearby, and his pulley system for our luggage was extremely helpful. We had an issue with the amount of stairs and my friend’s bad knee and Walter was very understanding. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable

Perfect Nuremburg holiday location

This apartment is in an excellent location. Walking distance to all the sites. Restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores are all near by. The Host was very responsive to all emails and met us at the door and helped get our luggage to the apartment. The stairs (120 of them to the door of the apartment) were a great exercise.

Amazing Location, Great Stay!

I cannot recommend Walter's apartment enough! It was so close to old town Nùrnberg (only about 5 minute walk max), and gave us the freedom to come and go as we please. Walter was extremely accommodating and kind, and showed us where everything was when we first arrived. He was flexible with both check in and check out. If you are looking for a great place to yourself, book Walter's apartment. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!!

A perfect place to stay in Nuremburg

This apartment was everything we could have hoped for on our visit to Nuremburg. The location right next to the old city means all can be gotten to on foot, but there is an underground as well as tram and bus lines steps away to go farther afield. The place is clean and well equipped, full of light. Stores and restaurants are directly below and others are nearby. Don’t let the fifth floor location worry you, host Walter hoists up the bags and the stairs are manageable. Walter is friendly and helpful and charming, and his place is reasonable, well equipped and perfect for your explorations of the city and region!

Great attic apartment

The apartment is in a wonderful location: a 20-minute walk from the main railway station close to the Old Town very close to an Edeka supermarket, Turkish supermarkets restaurants and a bakery "Der Beck" which is open on a Sunday (other shops are usually closed on Sundays) very close to tram and underground ground stations. the apartment itself is very well equipped and has everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals the owner lives next door and is very helpful and friendly you can get bottles of beer for €1 and mineral water for 50 cents from a supply outside the apartment door which saves carrying these items up the 118 steps Nuremberg is a beautiful city and can be explored easily on foot the large double bed, up a small spiral staircase, is very comfortable the building is very quiet and, although the street below is lively, the building is very quiet indeed I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends or family. I hope to stay there again soon.

Ruhige Altbau-Wohnung im 5. Stock mitten im Zentrum, 5 Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Der hilfsbereite, entspannte und freundliche Vermieter wohnt nebenan. Allein der Lastenaufzug an der Hauswand im Innenhof ist die Reise wert, alle Koffer und Taschen wurden so in die Dachgeschosswohnung transportiert.Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist ein wenig schwach, wird aber zeitnah repariert.Das Mobiliar ist in Ordnung (nur die Couch ist durchgesessen) aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß, ein Austausch würde die schöne Wohnung erheblich aufwerten.Es gab einen Willkommenstrunk (fränkisches Bier und Mineralwasser) sowie etwas Obst und reichlich Kaffee kostenlos. Preis-Leistung passt absolut.

Sehr gute Lage

Unsere Anreise war mit starker Verspätung verbunden. Die Wohnung war gut zu Fuss vom Hbf zu erreichen. Vermieter war direkt vor Ort. Die Lage der Wohnung für uns war super. Mitten im Regen Stadtviertel mit vielen Restaurants. Nahe an der Altstadt. Lediglich der fünfte Stock der Wohnung ist ohne Fahrstuhl ist eine Herausforderung. Insgesamt sehr gute Wohnung, schön eingerichtet, alles vorhanden.
