Chalet on the lake in St-Prex
Cozy 3-room apartment in a renovated chalet on the shores of Lake Geneva. Ideal for a couple or a family. Large garden with direct access to the lake. Private pontoon, kayak and SUP available. Internet, TV and telephone. Sheets and towels are provided. Private parking for one or two cars. Very quiet location.
The accommodation is spread over two floors:
• First floor, large living room (28m2) with fitted kitchen, table for 5 persons, TV corner, sofa bed (140x200), 1 bedroom with single bed, bath (WC, shower), large balcony / terrace with lake and alpine view.
• Second floor: bedroom with double bed, bathroom (bath, toilet) and balcony.

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick
Die Wohnung in dem offensichtlich alten, aber sehr gepflegten Holzhaus ist passend möbliert und komplett ausgestattet. Wir (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Söhnen) haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Schon der herrliche Ausblick auf den Genfer See von Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und der großen Terrasse ist einen Aufenthalt wert. Dazu kommt der direkte Zugang zum Wasser mit der Möglichkeit Kajak zu fahren. Die öffentliche, kostenlose Badestelle (mit WC und warmen Duschen), Supermärkte und Bahnhof sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und dennoch liegt die Wohnung ganz ruhig. Saint-Prex ist ein reizendes Städtchen, die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsziele, von der Stadtbesichtigung in Lausanne bis zu Wanderungen im Jura.
Telefongespräche in die EU sind kostenlos, dafür ist der Internetanschluss etwas langsam.

Amazing hosts, location, and property
We just had the pleasure of staying for three nights at Luc and Helen’s beautiful chalet! The property was perfect for me, my husband and our two adult daughters. We enjoyed one breakfast on the deck with a gorgeous view of Lake Geneva, and only wish the weather cooperated the rest of our visit. The home was well stocked and comfortable with everything we needed, and was a close walk to the train and market. St. Prex is a very cute town and very central to everything. Most importantly, Luc and Helen could not have been more welcoming and helpful!! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to our return visit!
