The host accommodated a change in dates I asked for. He had the snow shoveled and the house cleaned. A reasonably priced, nice place to stay if you're in the area.

Our experience was very positive staying at this property. Being familiar with the area, I knew it was a quiet and safe area with several amenities near by as well as a beautiful area to go for a walk or run. Although the home is older, thoughtful updates have been made making the property very practical and enjoyable. Additionally, while the description and pictures indicate the home's spaciousness, both can be deceiving when seen in person. Especally when first pulling up and seeing the quantness of the property. However, that was not the case here. It felt as though the house kept going. Had our party been larger, space would not have been an issue. There was an instance I needed to reach out to the owner and rather than communicating back through message, he called right away to assist. I have never had that with other VRBOs and was very impressed and appreciative. In closing, very pleased with the property, our stay and would definitely recommend.

Family stay to attend family party in neighboring town

We stayed for a couple nights to attend a family party in a neighboring town. We enjoyed the spacious home and we were very comfortable for the stay! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home is close to restaurants and shops. The communication with the host was great!

Weekend stay

We rented this place for a family reunion. It was great place to relax at night. Everything was clean and basic necessities were available. It was close to shopping. Backyard and back deck were good for eating dinner, having a small fire in the pit and enjoying some yard games. Owner was very quick to respond.

We loved the house! Everything is well organized, we found everything we needed and lots more, location is a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood, beds are comfy and lots of room for the five of us.
