Disney Dreamin' - One of the closest resorts to Disney

Welcome to our Florida vacation condo. We love spending time here at Oakwater; such a short drive to Disney and not far from everything else Orlando has to offer.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo can sleep up to 6 and is one of the closest in Oakwater Resort to the fabulous pool and clubhouse. No need to worry about dragging luggage upstairs as this is a ground floor home. The main living areas have ceramic tile on the floor and the three bedrooms have luxury vinyl plank flooring that was installed in 2023. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom. There are 4 flat panel TV’s, including a 65 inch Smart TV with over 100 channels and high definition signal in the living room and 42 inch in the master bedroom.

Don’t forget to take your laptop/tablet along as there is free wireless internet.

This ground floor unit has ramp access to the door. The condo is a 1 minute walk from the fantastic recreation area which has a pool and hot tub along with a kids playground and small kids water play area. You can enjoy the tennis/pickle ball courts or the fitness room located inside the clubhouse.

This resort is one of the closest to Walt Disney World. It is also close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and other recreational activities.

Pet friendly and close to Disney! This is the only place we want to stay at when coming to Florida. We love the resort and the proximity to everywhere we want to go. Another Perfect Stay!

This is the only place we look at when we are coming to Florida. We have stayed here multiple times and it is our home away from home while we were on vacation. It’s close to the parks and activities, has a beautiful pool and all the amenities of home… Always a perfect experience when we stay here!

Great location near Disney

Quiet and safe complex near Disney. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Would stay again. Only thing to note-no supples (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc) are provided which I missed in the listing.

Hi Sarah, thank you for taking the time to write the review. In the future, I will be sure to advise guests what type of toiletries, etc. are included upon arrival. For the benefit of future guests, upon arrival you will find one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as well as a hotel style bar soap in each bathroom. There is one roll of paper towel, one packet of dishwasher detergent, one small bottle of dish soap and one packet of laundry detergent. Guests are to supply their own after these are exhausted. Conveniently there is a Super Walmart next door which carries any items you may require.

Our Best Stay Ever In Florida!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! The communication about check in and check out as well as any questions we had were responded to promptly. The condo exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness layout and proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. It was also nice to be able to go to a unit where our pet was allowed to stay with us. This will absolutely be our first choice of condo on our next trip to Central Florida.

Nice, clean and conveniently located to Disney (15 minute drive) but a little further to Universal (35 minute drive) but still close as it's mostly interstate highway. Everything was as presented in the ad and the owner was very accessible for my questions before our arrival. We had no issues with anything in the condo, everything work properly. Another Amazing Stay!

This was our 2nd time here and it was just as perfect as our 1st! The condo is always immaculate, has everything we need and close proximity to all of our activities. This is absolutely our favorite place to book when we are in Florida. The pool and gym are close by and there is a Walmart right next door for groceries and shopping. Maury always responds promptly and has been a kind and considerate host. Disney is less than 10 minutes and there is plenty of food options and things to do within a quick drive. We will be back!

We loved everything about our stay.

The condo was just as described. Pictures are accurate and condo was sooo clean. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the condo is very convenient to all of the parks. The gated community felt safe and we did enjoy one day by the pool. Maury communicated everything we needed to know and I would absolutely stay at this location again. Everything about this property was as stated in the VRBO description. Very clean, all appliances worked and the check-in/check out procedure was flawless. The best was how close we were to Disney, only took 10-20 minutes to get to our destinations and back to condo after park closed.

Wonderful rental close to Disney and Universal

This condo was so clean and comfortable, and it was just minutes from Disney and only a short 30 minutes from Universal. There was one issue with one of the beds in the third bedroom, but the owner responded immediately to my messages and everything was sorted out (and it wasn’t the fault of the owner, but rather a mistake on the part of the cleaning company). We enjoyed the pool on our days off from the theme parks, and the Wal Mart nearby was great for picking up groceries and essentials. We had a wonderful trip and would return!

- Das Appartement war sauber und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet - In der Anlage ist es sehr ruhig und die Poolanlage großzügig mit Liegen rund um den Pool ausgestattet - Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, ein Walmart liegt so nah, dass man ihn zu Fuss erreichen kann, dafür gibt es sogar ein eigenes Gate - Die Freizeitparks sind von hier aus schnell zu erreichen Jederzeit gerne wieder, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for my family. My son's AAU team was playing at ESPN Wide World of Sports and it literally took us less than 10 minutes to get there. The place was clean, conveniently located to restaurants and stores. My son was on the other side of the condo doing his thing and I was on the other side. The space was big enough for us both to exist and not be on top of each other. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for visiting the parks. Walmart is literally in walking distance and has any supplies you might need. The kitchen is well stocked with the supplies you’ll need. There were plenty of clean linens. The home itself is immaculate, definitely the cleanest vacation home we have rented! The pool is beautiful and the playground and courts looked great. The property is family and pet friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Universal Islands of Adv. Family Trip

The condo was immaculately clean. The Kitchen was stocked very well. The appliances seemed new as well as sofa and bedding blankets (super soft) which we all really enjoyed. The pool was only a short walk-2 buildings down l, and the water was as warm as bath water. The drive to SeaWorld and Universal Studios and City Walk was around 33 minutes away. Disney was much closer, but we were not going there. Walmart is within walking distance and if you turn left on the main hwy instead of right toward Universal...Target and Ross and Ulta are about 10 min. There is also a great Pizza place nearby call Giordanios. Their deep dish pie is awesome. I loved that we could bring the pups and that the bedding is washed each time after guests leave. I can see how, with those wonderful soft blankets instead of comforters. We also felt safe there. Thanks Maury! You all have a very nice home. Thanks for thinking of all the things we might need.
