Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio. With a private entrance and kitchenette, this lovely place is perfect for the traveling professional - medical professionals especially, as Enloe is an easy 5 minute walk down a lovely tree lined street. Minutes away from downtown dining & shopping, this lovingly renovated home features custom finishes and fine furnishings.

I live in town and am available by phone or text - so don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Our home is conveniently located on a mellow downtown residential street, with ample shaded street parking. Freeway access, shopping, Bidwell park, and CSU Chico are all within a five minute drive (or less!) and the tree-lined streets of the neighborhood are ideal for an afternoon stroll. This studio serves as the perfect home-base while you explore all that Chico has to offer.

The studio is your own private space. Ample street parking and keyless entry make things simple and convenient.

Enjoy your own private entrance to this clean and quiet studio. It is a secure and separate space from the main home, with no shared areas. The studio is quaint and sweet, tucked back behind the main home's garden along a nicely shaded path.
The brand new 12" Memory Foam mattress and room darkening shades let you cozy up and sleep in, while the generous natural light and fresh, earthy decor make even the shortest stays feel rejuvenating.
The kitchenette is equipped with a minifridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and bar sink to make quick breakfasts a breeze.

Before Booking: This is a 350 sq. ft. guesthouse. Please understand that this is a ~small~ private room and bathroom before booking! While there are no shared spaces, the other home is occupied.

This place is great. It's basically a hotel room, with the privacy of a quiet Chico neighborhood. Albeit with a large bathroom. The inclusion of coffee and filters for the small coffee pot was an added bonus. Great place, and I would definitely stay again. Thanks.

I was looking for an affordable rental for a short notice getaway. I couldn't be happier with this adorable and spotless studio apartment. Nice neighborhood, private, quiet yet centrally located. I was very impressed by the design of the adorable kitchenette, storage cubbies, and lovely bathroom. The bed was super comfy.
