Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the issue by resort management and only learned of it when you brought it to our attention. We immediately reached out to property management for answers and shared the information with you as soon as it became available. While the operation and maintenance of shared resort amenities are outside our direct control as your host providing a wonderful guest experience is always our priority. We would like to clarify that our property has always been advertised as offering Gulf views, not as a Gulf-front property. Our listing description and photos accurately represent the view from the balcony so that guests can make an informed decision before booking. We were also disappointed to learn that you felt the cleanliness was not up to your standards. Had this concern been brought to our attention during our conversation the day after your arrival, we would have gladly worked with you to address it immediately. We take great pride in maintaining our condo and in providing excellent service to our guests. As a dog-friendly property, we have welcomed guests and their pets for many years and have consistently received positive feedback regarding the cleanliness and condition of the condo. We work hard to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every stay. Over the past nine years of hosting summer guests, we have been fortunate to receive overwhelmingly positive reviews, and we remain committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every visitor.
