Great spot and host

Our family of four visited for our son's 18th birthday and this apartment was ideal the right amount of space and well-located. Juan was very communicative. We'll stay here again when we come back to Miami.

Our Stay

The property was quite good, however there was a fire at the parking facility . Sadly the manager never informed us of this and we were quite confused when we got there and found it closed and had to pay $60 in parking at other lots. Also I wasn't informed that the key that was in a storage box in that lot would not be there, so I spent half an hour trying to get into the lot to get the door key. No form of compensation was offered to offset the extra parking fees. I am sure once the parking situation is fixed that the rental would be 5 star

This unfortunate incident was entirely beyond our control, and we were not given advance notice, which impacted our ability to inform you in a timely manner. Additionally, we weren't made aware of the $60 in alternative parking expenses, or else we would have gladly reimbursed you for this unexpected cost.
