Feel like Alm? Leave everyday life behind and enjoy unforgettable relaxing holidays on our alp. Party is somewhere else, because here you have time! Our 160 square meter apartment in a two-family house, is designed for up to 8 people and is located just outside the small town Gellinghausen. Centrally located to Winterberg, Schmallenberg and Meschede-Hennesee. Our apartment, elevated at the edge of the forest, invites with fantastic views, beautiful hiking area and sports facilities. The recreational area "Hohe Lied" with ski slope and Bullracer is only 600m away. Popular destinations such as Fort Fun, Thikos Kinderland, Hennesee, Ramsbeck ore mines, Winterberg and Schmallenberg are only a 15-minute drive away.
Description: Our apartment has three bedrooms. 2x double bed 1x bunk bed. Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker ... In the living room with large TV, there are two couches, which can be converted into further sleeping arrangements. The dining area consists of a 2.8 x1m large table with 8 chairs. There is a large bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and double vanity and another toilet. In the entrance is a 26sqm hall with cloakroom and a pool table, football foosball and dartboard. W-Lan incl. A spacious terrace with garden invite you to linger. Pets are not allowed.

Prices: The daily rent is 85, - € for 4 people, each additional person is charged with 10, - €. Arrival and departure are valid as a day. Arrival from 15 clock, departure until 11 clock. Minimum rental period: 2 nights. In addition, per person from 14 years is added 2, - € Kurbeitrag per day separately.
Weekend package for 2.5 days: Friday 15 clock to Sunday 18:00 clock in 4 people 255, - € each additional person 20, - €. Children up to 2 years free.
Towels 2x / person included - Bed linen can be booked for 8, - € / person added.

P.S. The access is via a paved road, unfortunately with road damage!

It is a very clean and nice house at a perfect spot if you want to ski or ride your bike at the bike park. The house was complete for a really nice and relaxed stay. We really recomment this place to stay.

Wir waren mit einer weiteren befreundeten Familie dort, insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, und hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft selbst war extrem schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.Ein weiteres großes Plus war der angebotene Brötchenservice, der den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm und entspannt gemacht hat. Ein besonderes Highlight war außerdem Daniels Aufmerksamkeit: Er brachte uns spontan sogar noch zwei zusätzliche Schlitten für unsere Kinder vorbei – ein Service, der wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist und uns sehr gefreut hat.Da wir als befreundete Familien regelmäßig gemeinsam verreisen und bereits viele unterschiedliche Unterkünfte kennen, können wir mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Hier hat einfach alles gepasst – von der Unterkunft über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur Herzlichkeit der Vermieter.Eine klare Weiterempfehlung ohne jede Einschränkung. Sehr erholsamer Alm-Aufenthalt

Wir waren drei Nächte vorort und die Ferienwohnung war wunderschön. Sie war sehr sauber, ist gehoben ausgestattet und man hat sehr viel Platz! Die Email-Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist richtig nett, problemlos und die Antworten vom Vermieter kamen zügig. Wir sind begeistert von der Ruhe und der Lage. Großartig waren für die Zweijährige die Kühe, die direkt am Haus grasen. Der kleine Spielplatz kam bei der Kleinen auch richtig gut an! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Osterurlaub auf der Alm

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub über die Ostertage verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat mehr als genug Platz geboten, ist schön eingerichtet und verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und man kann direkt von der Tür aus loswandern. Für unsere Tochter (3) gab es einen Kinderstuhl, ein Reisebett, einen Sandkasten und eine Schaukel direkt am Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unterkunft für Gruppen mitten in der Natur

Nett, aber auch praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Eignet sich gut für Gruppen. Abseits, sehr idyllisch (von Wald und Kuhweide umgeben) gelegen. Bei gutem Wetter kann man draußen super grillen oder im Garten frühstücken. Bei schlechtem Wetter läd aber auch der große Wohn-Essbereich zum Verweilen ein. Es gab einen Brötchenservice (leckere Brötchen zu fairen Preisen) Die Wohnung war sauber. Die einzigen beiden kleinen Mankos (unserer Meinung nach): Bettwäsche kostet extra und wir hätten uns mehr Schneidebrettchen in der Küche gewünscht. Sonst top.

Kinderfreundliche, sehr saubere, großzügige und gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der AlmZeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt, während unser kleinster Mitreisender (10 Monate) schon Schaukel, Rutsche und Sandkasten auf dem schön angelegten Außengelände getestet hat. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und großzügig. Im Wohn- und Essbereich ist Platz zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen, essen und spielen am Kamin. Im vorderen Teil der Wohnung kann man Dart, Kicker und Billiard spielen. Auf dem Außengelände gibt es neben den oben genannten Spielgeräten einen Platz, um am Feuer zu sitzen und eine Terrasse zum Grillen und Zusammensitzen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Wanderwege, die auch für Kinder viel zu bieten haben.

Sehr schöner Ort im Sauerland

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus AlmZeit. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und hat eine tolle Aussicht ins Tal. Man kann sehr gut vorm Haus sitzen, zum Grillen, am Feuer oder einer Rasenfläche direkt an der Weide. Die Ausstattung ist top und mit dem Brötchenservice ein tolles Feature fürs Frühstück.
