This newly renovated, centrally-located, lower level duplex is walking distance to downtown Maryville. It is also only a few minutes drive from McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville airport), while also being close to Knoxville, The Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, & Pigeon Forge.

There is a queen bed and futon in the spacious bedroom as well as an inflatable mattress that can be set up, upon request.

Great place!

The newly renovated place is perfect. We had a great stay while we tour the surrounding areas. The host was great. This place will be on our radar next time we travel to this area.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed for a short stay. Located close to everything made getting around easy. Would recommend and hope to stay again

Maryville Getaway

Wow what an amazing host. Responded quickly to questions, The rental was beautiful, great location from the wedding venue we were visiting. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen supplies and the bathroom was very roomy. Bed and sleeping supplies were very comfortable. Loved everything about this place. Great host.
