Welcome to my West Knoxville home . Perfect location for your family and friends to gather with easy access to shopping, eating and lets not forget Tennessee sports. With simple access from the interstate to put you within 8 minutes from downtown knoxville or less than 5 minutes to a shopping experience of west town mall. This is also perfect for those who looking for alternative means to get around wothout having to drive.to travel through Uber or Lyft without having to pay for expensive prices.

The house comes with basic amenities such as. Keyless entry. washer and dry. Brand new refrigerator. One and half bathroom with walk-in shower and office space to be able to work in (those staying longer than 4 weeks). Free access to the Wi-Fi internet. Hulu live tv. The house has central heat and cooling. Hard wood floors with carpet in the living room only. Perfect for a traveling family’s, travel nurses or just weekend getaway to enjoy East Tennessee.

The cancellation policy will bffe held up. Things such as weather cancellations of flights or road emergency, are out of my control. Amazing stay, host, & location!!

We came into town for a festival & stayed here. Edward was an amazing host, had everything we needed, & he was communicative to ensure all our needs were met. The house is very well maintained, you can tell he care a lot about his guests & the house. The house is only 10-15 minutes from the heart of downtown Knoxville & closer to some amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation. Gives you lots of access to the town & gives you a comfortable & homey space to relax after a long day of exploring.

Perfect stay for Big Ears Festival.

Edward was fantastic from booking, to directions, to providing clear entry instructions. The place was clear, well appointed with bedding and linens. Very easy access to the highway and only 8 minutes to downtown.

Why they chose this property

So I’m going to brag a little. When traveling I find it very important to have easy access to the interstate while also having the distance from the city. The house meets those needs and now with unber and lyft as options to travel. You can easily save time by catching a ride to a restaurant sporting events or concerts and not have to deal with parking. Also for those looking to stay weeks into months. I’m literally down the street from multiple grocery stores.
