About this property

Bella Lago South End of Island

Bella Lago is such a beautiful complex, we have recently finished the final landscaping from previous Hurricanes. We look forward to all the places the island has opening up and rebuilding. You can see the beautiful ocean out the front door, and our beautiful pond out the back. The beach access is directly in front of our building, and a few steps from the beach.

Comfortable Beach Condo

This is a top floor unit in a complex that has recovered 100% from Hurricane Ian. The room is more spacious than similar units in beachfront properties. The owner is very helpful in providing information about the property, and it truly felt like in staying in beloved vacation home rather than a commercial hotel suite.The kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The unit is a 3 minute walk across Estero to the beach. In the other direction, the unit has access to pickleball, tennis, and golf facilities.
