Gute Lage, schönes Appartement

Das Appartement liegt in der zweiten Etage eines ruhigen Appartementhauses. Es ist für 2 Personen geräumig, gut ausgestattet, schöne Küche und großer Balkon. Bei 4 Personen schlafen 2 im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch. Parkplatz vorhanden. Strand 200m, Restaurants, Pizzaservice fussläufig. Innenstadt Dinard rund 1,5 km. Appartement einigermaßen sauber, Fenster könnten eine extra Putzsession vertragen. Das Gebäude würde frisch gestrichen viel besser aussehen .

Appartement propre dans l'ensemble, les baies vitrées sont vraiment a nettoyer. On aurait dit qu'il y avait un brouillard permanent. Le secteur est tres calme La vue sur la terrasse est vraiment sympa
