Thanksgiving

Perfect house for our family. We were one block from our daughter. Able to host small family and watch football. No complaints! Clean! Good mattresses! Nice showers! Great open concept for kitchen and living room. Definitely would recommend!!

Cute decor, quiet cozy street but home needs maintenance

This home is on a nice street in a quiet neighborhood and convenient locale. It has cute decor as well. The host was nice enough to mail us our sons jackets (at our cost) that we left during our stay. And she was responsive to our questions. There were also fun games and ping pong for the kids and luxury soaps in showers and sinks. Unfortunately, the home is in need of maintenance. Every room has cracks in the walls and even the ceiling. The shower tiles have gaps, and the flooring is very uneven. Also on a cold day it’s quite drafty even with the heat running. The front door has major gaps that allow the cold air in. When we arrived in freezing temps the thermostat was set at 46 and it took hours to warm up! That was not a pleasant arrival. Their policy of charging a fee of 200$ to add a night to your stay prior to even arriving seemed exorbitant. So for that night it cost us double the rate. Overall, I think you can find a more well maintained property in the area at a better rate.
