Spring break get away

We came to Dallas to visit with our daughter and her family. The pool and hot tub were a great addition as we have a 14 year old grandson and we all enjoyed that convenience. The yard needed mowing and leaves needed to be removed from the back yard/pool area but the pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The master bathroom was not clean when we arrived but I found cleaning products so I was able to clean it myself. Overall, it was a great trip and visit.

Clean with many nice amenities

it was so clean, with a nice interior, updated kitchen features and a lovely pool. everything is as described, the backyard has higher privacy fences and all five of us had a fun time in the pool and playing pool. would stay again.

VRBO Refunded - Home Owner Never Provided Check-In Instructions

The Property Owner never provided the check-in instructions. Two calls to VRBO support resulted in their inability to get in touch with the property owner as well, and no reservation for which to check into. The reservation was paid in full at the time the reservation was made, one month before. My payment is being refunded, thankfully. Scrambling to book last minute same day hotel reservations after spending 2.5 hours on the phone with VRBO Support and still no reservation was the cherry on top of a disappointing start to our weekend. Thankfully for us, we booked other accommodations to compensate.
