You can walk for miles in either direction from this prime location. An easy walk into downtown Monterey or Fisherman's Wharf. Directly adjacent to a bike trail that will take you all the way to Pebble Beach. This property is only available for a 30 day minimum stay.

Beautiful location too many ants and spiders. It should have had a more thorough cleaning as they had 6 hours to clean before we checked in. There was no other amenities such as coffee or beach towels. The bikes had flat tires. The location was great however.

We are truly sorry the cleaning did not meet her expectations. We use the same service as the top agency in the area uses and they do good work. Had we been made aware we would have resent their team to address our guests concerns. Our guest did ask to come a day earlier than originally booked and this did create a very short cleaning window. Regarding the bikes there is a pump right next to the bikes as tires on bikes goes down over time. We would have addressed all of these concerns had we been made aware of them as we want our guests to enjoy their stay.

Lovely 2 BR townhouse with views of the beach and Monterey harbor. Peacefully, delightful. Comfortable beds, great communication with owner. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot

House is up to date and views from the master bedroom was just beautiful. Hearing the waves morning and nights is so calmly. And you’re just steps away from the beach. Definitely recommend this place.

Monterey in July

This property was the perfect place to spend a month in Monterey. The location couldn’t have been better for walks on the beach and a stroll to Old Fisherman’s Wharf. The condo had a wonderful view, was well equipped nicely furnished. We hope to return for another vacation.

From the moment you step onto this property, you immediately enter vacation mode.

The soothing sound of crashing ocean waves, the chorus of Sea Lions barking in the distance, and the 20 second walk to the beach all conspired to make this an amazing ocean front stay for a family vacation. This house is a walkable distance to local attractions such as Old Fisherman’s Wharf and chill spots such as Dust Bowl Brewing. For longer day trips, this location is a convenient launching point for easy drives to Big Sur, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Carmel Valley. For cyclists, the nearby Monterey Bay Coastal Trail provides easy and scenic access to great biking routes like 17-Mile-Drive and Fort Ord National Monument. The house’s interior was modern and well kept, making for a comfortable stay. Likewise, all the neighbors in the community were super friendly, and respectively quiet. The owners were super communicative, helpful, and made themselves quickly available to answer any of our questions. I especially appreciated their help with providing a baby-crib during our stay. Overall – if we ever find ourselves back in Monterey, this property will be our first choice for lodging.
