Parking. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Avenue de Miage" 160 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.5 km. Tennis 500 m, minigolf 500 m, skisport facilities 800 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ice rink 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
"Martagon", 2-room apartment 25 m2 on 3rd floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 5 m2, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift.

Appartement assez sombre ,oppressant . Manque un micro onde. Impossible d étendre du linge sur un séchoir de balcon tout abimé . Un ventilateur aurait pu être mis à disposition . Une table de salon de jardin aurait été mieux qu une vieille table de pique nique sur le balcon . Pour finir beaucoup de guêpes dès que la fenêtre était ouverte , donc constamment ennuyés .

Half term

Perfect accommodation if you are on a budget. Close to town centre, ski bus is at the bottom of the hill. Definitely a compact apartment but if you are looking for somewhere to get your head down as you are out all day skiing then it is fine. Great views and quiet. You won't fit much more than a few sets of skis and poles in the locker either.
