Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home on Hyco Lake. Happy-Go-Lucky on Hyco is located on the main channel of Hyco Lake. Enjoy swimming, watching the boats go by and the antics of the jet skiers, wake boarders and surfers. Conveniently located near Buoy's restaurant and Hyco Marina and within minutes of VIR. Come stay with us and enjoy all that Hyco Lake has to offer.

Happy-Go-Lucky on Hyco is a lakefront property offering 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The main floor from the parking area has a screened-in side porch with eating area, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and deck area. The lower level has the master bedroom, master bath, game room and laundry room. Guests are able to access the backyard from both levels.

The water at the end of the boat dock is approximately 8 feet deep.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and should take safety precautions in and around the lake.

As with any wooded area, there is potential for wildlife. Please be respectful and use safety precautions around any of our furry or winged friends.

Guests will have access to the fire pit, but should not leave it unattended while in use. Please make sure all fires have been fully extinguished.

Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of one downstairs closet which is used for supplies and storage. Guests will have access to the boat dock, but not the boating equipment or the storage area on the dock.

Property Manager is local and is available via Airbnb messaging, text or phone call.

Parking is on the premises.

Guests are required to sign a lease agreement per the NCREC and NC Vacation Act.
Guest will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement per the NC Vacation Act.

No pets or parties.

Guests are responsible for the safety of everyone included in their party. No lifeguard on duty.

Guests will not have access to the owner's personal pontoon boat or jetski. However, if the guest is interested, we can arrange a pontoon boat rental. The fee for the boat rental will be at the guest's expense.

Great Views of the Lake from EVERY Bedroom

This location was perfect for the whole family with plenty of room to spread out. The teens LOVED playing ping pong and table shuffleboard. Every bedroom had access to the decks or patios and had fabulous views! We enjoyed having our meals on the screened-in porch. Fishing was GREAT on the lake, even at the dock!

Gorgeous views

Very nice property and Mary Jo was great to work with. Only problem was the master bedroom is located in the basement and I wasn't comfortable leaving my 9 year old upstairs alone.
