Thoughtfully designed, this cabin allows for privacy and separation with sleeping quarters downstairs and a generous living space upstairs. Located in the quaint, sleepy town of Blue River, wildlife is abundant, but noise is not. Skiing, Hiking, Biking, ATVing, Fishing & Horseback Riding are all minutes away from Southern Pines Cabin. We had a fabulous stay! The house is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more!! The scenery outside is absolutely gorgeous. Jamie is a great host and is super responsive with any questions we had. The house was decorated with Christmas decor which made our Christmas Day feel so special. Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of five had a wonderful ski weekend at Southern Pines! The beautiful home was well-appointed, very clean, and perfect for us. The hot tub overlooking the pines was a favorite spot. The home had all the small, thoughtful touches that you need for a vacation getaway. We loved it!

Perfect cabin, close to Breckenridge

We had an amazing vacation at Southern Pines and would recommend it to anyone! Jamie was so helpful and thought of everything! She had a quick reference guide prior to us getting there that helped so much! The views were amazing and it is close enough to town where we could get anywhere within 5 minutes! Our family loved it so much!!

Beautiful cabin!

A perfect mix of modern and comfort surrounded by pine trees. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The entire house was clean, beautifully decorated & stocked with the essentials. Just a few minutes from downtown Breck so it’s easy to get to town. Thank you, Jamie.

Southern Pines was a real pleasure! The house is conveniently located just south of town, close enough to get anything you need in minutes, but far enough from the strip to make it feel secluded. The house was well appointed with everything you might need (kitchenwares, towels, blankets, board games, etc.), and the outdoor firepit and hot tub were great perks. The owner was available and responsive any time we reached out, and the pride they have for the property shows through in the many little touches throughout the home. We would highly recommend Southern Pines to anyone looking for a beautiful retreat, close to everything Breckenridge has to offer!

Great cabin

Location was great. Felt like you were alone in the woods while being close to town. The creek and woods behind the house were fun to explore. The house is very cool. Kids loved all the games, swinging chairs, fun (old school per kids) camera to leave our mark and of course the massive hot tub. Only minor issue was getting the dishwasher going. Owners left instructions but it took lots of attempts to start. Still highly recommend.

Perfect Cabin Tucked Away Yet Somehow Close To Everything

Minutes from Peak 9 and downtown, but also secluded enough to feel like you’re tucked away somewhere deep in the mountains. Sometimes photos make a home look better than it is, this absolutely isn’t the case with Southern Pines (it’s even better in person!) Other than the fact it’s beautifully decorated, open the cabinets and you’ll find all of the amenities of home (and probably more) sippy cups for toddlers, bath toys, plush robes, and every kitchen item one might need. We sat in the hot tub on the gorgeous deck as snow fell around us and planned our trip back in the summer when we know we’ll be able to hear the Blue River flowing just below us. My only complaint is that any other home rental we’ve booked since staying at Southern pines is just a let down. Once you stay at a home that is fully stocked, with comfortable beds, and beautiful decor- everything else just falls short.
