🐬 Stay & relax at our 3-bedroom beachfront condo on the west end of PCB near Laguna Beach! Our end unit offers unbelievable sunsets! Two beach chairs and one umbrella are included seasonally. As a guest, you also get our Free Forever Memories Fun Pass! Plus, uncrowded beaches! 🐬

FLOORPLAN
⭐ The living room, dining room, and kitchen offer stunning views all day! The primary bedroom with a King bed is beachfront. It has a sliding glass door directly leading you to the gulf-front balcony. It also has a large walk-in closet and a separate toilet from the bathroom vanity/shower area. The primary bathroom has a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom with a King bed has a large picture window overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and has a private en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom with a king bed has a private entrance to the shared hall bathroom.
Our condo is designed to be beachy chic with a serene coastal theme. That said, the window coverings are room-darkening but not blackout. This condo provides the perfect backdrop for reconnecting with loved ones and friends, making it an ideal vacation destination.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note:
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Parking is available in the Northside Parking Garage only. You must register your vehicles upon arrival to avoid being towed at your expense. There is a $45.00 per vehicle registration that you are responsible for paying and is not included in the rental cost. Before checking in, we will send you the link to register your vehicle. It is a super easy process. :) Please note that the HOA does not allow golf carts or scooters. There is a height limit since you will be parking in a parking garage. Please reach out if you need to know specifics. One super cool feature is the parking garage has an ice vending machine and soda machines.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ To reserve your two FREE beach chairs and one umbrella, please check in with the beach attendant each day. This complimentary service is provided during the peak season, March - October.
POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ There are two pools and two hot tubs at Celadon. You will be sent the codes before check-in. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.
COMPLETE LINEN PARTICIPANT
⭐ This home participates in our Complete Clean Linen program — all linens, including comforter covers, are freshly laundered after every guest stay.
SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking at this property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations, which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helping to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guests.
God has blessed us with our two children, Riley and Jax. Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.
In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!
We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win!
