Welcome to the "Villa-con-vista"

Our holiday home is located a little higher on the mountain of Denia, the Montgo in Tossal-Gross, and borders directly with the nature reserve. From here you can enjoy the incredible view over the city to the sea - a dream day and night.

Have breakfast on the upper terrace, during the day relaxing at the private pool with a view, before you end the evening on the grill terrace with a strong Spanish red wine and grilled end the day.

And if you like it actively, you can quickly get to the city, the beach, the marina or the mountain from our quietly located cul-de-sac - all within a radius of 2 km. (Golf course 5km)

Can’t get enough of this view!

It is a lovely house, lots of space inside and outside. Good crockery. Good Wifi. The neighborhood is nice and it is on bike distance from the city centre. Only less positive point for us where the beds, they were not so comfy for is. Bit we still had a great stay

Everything as listed in the advertisement - all you would need to have a comfortable stay except for the bedding - this needs to be upgraded urgently as the sheets and duvet covers were of a poor quality with an uncomfortable feel. This change will allow for the villa to be of a high standard throughout.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa-con-vista. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen fantastischen Blick über die ganze Stadt, das ist wirklich einzigartig. Auch der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hat zum Erfrischen eingeladen. Da es mehrere Terrassen gibt, hat man den ganzen Tag über die Möglichkeit einen Platz im Schatten zu finden, an dem man gemütlich entspannen kann.Rundum waren wir alle sehr begeistert und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Winterzeit in einem Traumhaus

Es waren wundervolle 2 Wintermonate in der Villa con Vista. Jeden Morgen Frühstückskaffee mit Aussicht. Wir konnten uns gar nicht "satt sehen". Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus. Alles vorhanden. Sehr netter und guter Kontakt zu den Inhabern. Dieses Haus können wir nur empfehlen. Werden "Wiederholungstäter".

Mooi huis in rustige buurt

Prima verblijf in huis met alle gemakken. Mooi verzorgd, keuken, huiskamer, slaapkamers en diverse terrassen om buiten te zitten. Prima uitvalsbasis voor dit deel van Spanje. We hebben het prima naar onze zin gehad.

…. hier schon Lange überlegt, ob der Betreff nicht zu dick aufgetragen ist …. aber selbst mit etwas Abstand > nö Die Beschreibung des Objektes entspricht dem, was man örtlich vorfindet. Es fehlt nichts im Haus, alles ist superschön gepflegt, man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und kann von Sekunde 1 seinen Urlaub genießen. Natürlich ist es immer subjektiv, und ein wenig Luft nach oben ist auch noch vorhanden (warum auch nicht) wir waren und sind immer noch begeistert. Wir sagen Danke für eine tolle Unterkunft!!

Super Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in der Villa Con Vista sehr wohl gefühlt und werden dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten. Es war alles genauso wie wir es vom letzten Jahr in Erinnerung hatten. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann sehr viel unternehmen.

Wir hatten in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus den perfekten Urlaub! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt (die Liebe zum Detail ist nicht zu übersehen), groß, super ausgestattet und entspricht den Beschreibungen des Vermieters in jeder Hinsicht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr angenehm. Gleiches betrifft den Kontakt zur Verwalterin Frau Sangals. Wir waren schon oft in Denia - dieses Ferienhaus war bisher das Beste!

Très belle villa

Villa confortable conforme aux photos, vue magnifique, jolie petite piscine. Et très bon accueil. Par contre bien lire l'annonce car l’électricité est payable en fin de séjour sans relevé d'entrée, et ceci est noté uniquement en allemand sur l'annonce. Nous reviendrons volontiers sans problème

Was sollen wir sagen??? Super Haus mit tollen Zimmern ,Schöner,nicht einsehbarer Pool, Tolle Kommunikation Mit Besitzern, Klasse Lage!!!!! Mooie accommodatie met ruime kamers, goed ingerichte keuken, airco overal, heel mooi zicht vanop het terras. Zeker een aanrader! Wel opletten voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn. Veel trappen tot je aan het huis bent. Spijtig wel dat de netheid vooral van de keuken te wensen overliet. Ook de terrasvloer was niet gereinigd en er waren nog plekken van de vorige huurder op de grond. Het terras rond het zwembad was ook niet gepoetst. Bij aankomst was het zwembad ook troebel en de randen wat groen. Dit is wel in orde gebracht. De keuken gingen ze terug poetsen maar we hebben ze niet meer gezien. Maar toch een aangenaam verblijf.

Top-Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Da wir einen sehr frühen Hinflug hatten, waren wir dementsprechend sehr früh vor Ort. In vorheriger Absprache wurde es uns ermöglicht, das Ferienhaus früher als vorgesehen zu beziehen. Hiefür noch einmal vielen Dank! Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr sauber gewesen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gut fanden wir die vielen Terassen, welche sich an unterschiedlichen Seiten des Hauses befanden. So fand man immer einen angenehmen Platz in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und dementsprechend ruhig ist es dort. Der Blick hinunter auf Denia und vor allem die Burg, welche nachts beleuchtet ist, ist einfach wundervoll. Gerne kommen wir in Zukunft wieder.

Wunderschöne Villa!

Wir durften in dieser sehr schönen Villa zwei Wochen unseren Urlaub genießen. Das Haus hat alles was es für einen sorglosen und angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Begonnen vom ersten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bis zur Betreuung durch den Hausmeisterservice haben wir und immer sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.
